3️⃣ Juega con tus caderas 3:
De nuevo un ejercicio fácil que podéis hacer encima de una colchoneta y que os va a ayudar a mover las caderas.
Esta vez es más sencillito, aunque hay que cogerle el truquillo al principio.
Le llamo los giros en diamante 💎, veamos cómo hacerlos:
1️⃣ Siéntate en el suelo y junta las plantas de los pies
2️⃣ Lleva el peso hacia una rodilla (pongamos, la izquierda) y apoya el peso entre rodilla y pie izquierdos
3️⃣ Levanta el cuerpo sobre la pierna izquierda, quedando la derecha en forma de diamante y al aire
4️⃣ Deja caer rodilla derecha*
5️⃣ Lleva todo el peso sobre pierna derecha e intenta levantar la izquierda
6️⃣ Baja hasta sentarte, utilizando la pierna de apoyo de ahora, que es la derecha
🔁 Vuelve a empezar el ciclo y ves dando vueltas como un diamante 💎 en el suelo
🔄 No te olvides hacerlo en sentido contrario!
*🆘 Deja caer la rodilla cerca de la otra para hacer más sencillo el ejercicio

Missing my gym buddy who’s in England right now🥺❤️.
I am currently making a more specific plan for my workouts and eating. For two weeks I concentrated on my eating so I could get my digestion under control, which is almost back to normal🙌. But training has not been the best... .
Lately I have found myself sitting in the gym a feeling a bit over it. And times like these I feel like I need two things. .
🌟ONE I need a plan, so when I get to the gym, I put my headphones on & everything is figured out for me - all I need to do is just SMASH IT💥 .
🌟TWO I need to do something NEW and FUN - I’m talking gymnastics, boxing, dancing, calisthenics & functional training. You name it! .
So if you have any cool ideas what I could try out then let me now🙏
I'm learning that sometimes success doesn't come from going a million miles an hr! Don't get me wrong, it doesn't come from doing anything either!! What I have learnt is that it's ok to slow down and take 5 for you! Sometimes it brings the best energy into your life and opens a world of possibilities!
Sometimes we need to take five, to reset ourselves, set an intention and arrange our thoughts! If you were inside my head yesterday you would've seen a hyperactive, dysfunctioning mind map that had a million ideas!
Today I set myself up for success, today I started my day in peaceful meditation and it bloody paid off!

Since the age of 12 I’ve exercised for more than 27 hours a week, and my body has never once failed me and it has been pushed to so many limits! But...it’s taken me years to be proud of body. I’ve felt self conscious most of those years, as I don’t have a typical ‘athlete’ body, I tried for so long to get those elusive abs, and toned muscles...with changes in diet and changes in training programmes. I thought that I should be sculpted to ‘fit in’ with the stereotype of an athlete. But then I realised that regardless of these things, my body no matter it’s shape and size has helped me achieve multiple world titles, european titles, overcome different physical endeavours each and every time I’ve asked it too! And my favourite part is I love that I can wear a ball gown and my curves look perfect. It took a while but I love my body and I’m grateful for each and everyday I’m fit and healthy 🙌🏻 💗 #loveyourself#loveyourbody#loveyourcurves#fitandhealthy#grateful

* I would not have gone to sixth form & met my incredible friends
* I would not have just had the best Christmas ever
* I would not have travelled around Europe for a month
* I would not have had the energy to work to save enough to move to London in March * I would not be volunteering in Vietnam right now having the time of my life
I was just casually sitting on a boat travelling down the Mekong Delta today when it hit me how much anorexia and disordered eating takes from you and your life - your thoughts are not true - they are lies, there’s a life beyond an eating disorder I promise you that 💙
