Deixo-vos a minha versão...mas sem dúvida é o melhor bolo de chocolate de sempre!
200g Barra Chocolate 70%
125g Cacau em Pó
1 Estrela de Anis
Adoçante Líquido qb
1 c. Chá Fermento em Pó
250ml Bebida Vegetal Arroz Bio
1 iogurte de soja de sabor a gosto
(utilizei com sabor a coco)
MODO DE PREPARAÇÃO:
Pré aqueça o forno a 180°C.
Forre o fundo de uma forma de fundo amovível com papel vegetal.
Leve a ferver 150ml da bebida vegetal com a estrela de anis.
Derreta 150g de chocolate, em banho maria, com a bebida vegetal aromatizada.
Parta os ovos, separando as claras das gemas.
Bata as claras em castelo com no fermento em pó.
Bata as gemas com o adoçante, até obter o dobro do volume.
Ao preparado das gemas, junte o chocolate derretido e envolva bem.
Verta o preparado do chocolate sobre as claras em castelo, envolvendo delicadamente.
Unte a forma com azeite e polvilhe com o cacau em pó.
Verta o preparado e leve ao forno cerca de 20/30 minutos.
Retire do forno enquanto cozido e deixe arrefecer.
Para a cobertura, leve o restante chocolate em barra a derreter em lume brando, o chocolate em pó e vá acrescentando a bebida vegetal aos poucos.
No final, adicione o iogurte de soja e envolva bem (caso necessário, junte um pouco de adoçante líquido).
Verta sobre o bolo depois de frio.
Leve ao frigorífico, até à hora de servir.

I was SO tired when I did these last drills, I could barely move 😃 but this is the point I want to make... if you do not step out of your comfort zone, you will not see results. Keep in mind YOUR goals and work toward them.
Even though I get stronger with each workout, it never gets easier. I always get tired. Funny but true, I get more ENERGETIC after! 😎

How to wake up and not cascade into a negative mindset:
Wake up early (6am)
Don’t use any form of social media before at least 12pm. I find that I cascade into this pit of negativity whenever I use social media in the morning
Structure your day hour by hour so you have goals to accomplish throughout the day. By setting goals to accomplish, you’ll get this sense of achievement which will make you feel happier for the rest of the day
Read books on self development and artificially surround yourself with people you aspire to be like
Speaking of self development, do something every single day that scares you. Put yourself in a situation that makes you feel uncomfortable. The more you do it the more you’ll be able to get over it and the more confident you’ll become.
