The off-season was great, but now it’s time to freshen up some footwork as we lead up to the travel season. I am definitely feeling a bit rusty.
The theme this week is to try something new. I love obstacle courses. But I am working on keeping my speed up, even when I need to change my path. It’s way harder than it looks. I’m also trying to get better on my line work and dipping low. My spine is not flexible, so dropping it like it’s hot does not come easy to me.
Practice makes perfect. Drop some cones, chairs, benches, noodles, etc. Make your own equipment and practice those smooth moves 💪🏻🖤 .
Big back day today! Started out stretching with one armed cable rows. Then I moved onto heavy neutral grip cable rows with @adiq015 and his little brother. Great initial stretch before moving into lat pulldowns. Started off with neutral grip then I did 2 sets of underhand and 2 sets of EZ Bar overhand (1st video). Wanted to do something heavy so of course I chose my favorite, T-Bar rows. Got a top set of 7 plates for 10 reps, and also did a drop set starting with 5 plates for 8 reps going down to 2 plates. Needed a good stretch after that, so I did some lat pullovers on the cables with the EZ Bar (2nd video). Once again I wanted to go heavy, so I hit the hammer strength row machine. Got a top set of 5 plates for 7 reps with both hands (3rd video). From there I hopped on the peck deck and did reverse for another great stretch. Ended off back with wide grip cable rows because I wanted a good center back squeeze. Felt super great. Started off with a killer superset of Double DB curls and DB hammer curls (4th video). If you can’t tell how killer it is, just look at my face in the video haha. After that, I did some negatives with the 25lb EZ Bar with 25lb plates on each side. Went real slow and did 5 reps each set. Had my biceps on fire! 🔥 Then I did one of my favorites, heavy rope hammer curls. Ended biceps with a lightweight reverse curl burnout. Even got to get in a little abs. Since I did a little yesterday, I did a little today. Just 2 quick supersets. Such a great workout today! Been watching watching my favorite bodybuilder, @georgep_dabull a lot. Literally made me love back day so much! Such an inspirational dude! One day I’ll be on the stage as well. 😉 Hope everyone’s days were amazing! 😁 #BackDay#Back#Lats#Delts#RearDelts#Traps#LatPulldown#Rows#Biceps#Bis#Curls#NeverQuit#Consistency#Physique#Bodybuilding#Lift#Lifting#Mccomas#Gym#Gymshark#Gymrat#Redcon1#Nike#Fitness#757#Hokies#VT 💪🏾
You can tell by how red my face is in this pic that it was a good cardio circuit 😂😂 & yes, contrary to popular belief I do cardio. Sometimes. 🙃
Lol here's the circuit:
😅30s sprint- you can do this on a reg treadmill or the track too!!😝
😅5 burpees (you can tell I was on the third round bc of how tired I look in these😂😂😂)
😅10 Kettlebell swings
Enjoy!!! Also wanna say welcome to all my newcomers to this page💙💙 Y'all are always welcome to message or comment any questions you have ab the workouts or fitness in general!! I try to post at least once a week💪💪 #gymsharkwomen#gymshark#cardio#cardiocircuit
Slowly, but surely, melting off the weight I put on during this past bulking szn🤪
I’m only about 2 1/2 weeks into this “cutting/toning” routine. There isn’t major change yet, but my body definitely feels different.
✔️10-20 minutes of cardio 4x a week
✔️⬇️Carbs, ⬆️Veggies/Lean Protein (IM STILL EATING HEALTHY CARBS THO! Carbs r ur fren!)
✔️Incorporating one AB workout in every workout
✔️Always doing 2 heavy sets and 2 sets dropping the heavy weight by 50-60% (4 sets of one exercise in all)
✔️DOING FUN FITNESS CLASSES! (Y’all I 100% recommend. Make cardio FUN!) #lsu#girlswholift#girlpower#gymshark#gymsharkwomen#legday#geauxtigers
Day 18/66 of #gymshark66
Back & bi’s today! It was a heavy one. I decreased the weight in some exercises & focused on the technique a bit. ✌🏻 but to long resting in between sets 🤦🏼♀️ overall a pretty good workout. I smasheeed deadlift today. For a while anyway. 😅💫 ً
About this weeks challenge i have’nt been doing any liss-workout. It’s important, but I didn’t took any time for that. Othervise i’ve been sticking to my workout schedule as usual. But i did take a rest day yesterday after a long day at work, and i do think i needed that. 🌱 #gymshark66challenge#gymshark#gymsharkwomen@gymshark@gymsharkwomen

Definitely not pretty, but it’s a start. Happy to be weightlifting after an extended break. (Peep the Gatorade Zero giving me life! 💛) As much as I love lifting, cardio is what my body needs right now. Hoping to incorporate more circuit style training into my workout programs to get my heart rate up so I can help my heart ❤️ A big thanks to all of you for sticking around and giving me so much love! I’ve needed it ❤️❤️ #pots#grinchheartgrowing#gymshark66#shoulders#gymshark#rivalathletics
Schönes Wochenende euch! Wart ihr auch fleißig? Was motiviert euch an solchen Tagen? 👹🐈🌝
KILLER BACK AND BICEPS💪🏼 Everyday I workout I make sure to write down my exercises for that day down in a little notebook and it really helps me because I don’t go to the gym not knowing what to do. So my tip for you is to write your workouts down before you head to the gym so you don’t walk in there feeling uncomfortable with not knowing what to do💕 #gymsharkwomen#gymmotivation#gymshark#back#biceps#girlsworkout#workhard#workinprogess

I’ve been so freaking HAPPY lately ☀️ I am loving 75 Hard. Today is only day 5 and I already have more energy, less bloating, and I’m more determined than ever to meet my goals.
My absolute favorite part of this entire thing is that there is NO room for excuses. I either get my shit done, or I don’t and I have to start over. No one is holding me accountable but myself and I don’t get a prize at the end. The value in this is mental toughness, and calling bullshit on every excuse you’ve ever made.
I appreciate those of you who have accepted this challenge with me, and the rest of you who are cheering me on ❤️
