One of the best first look moments just before these two soulmates saw each other for the first time on their wedding day. These columns at MIT made for the perfect first look backdrop before we headed to the Harvard Art Museum for their wedding festivities! Find someone who makes you this happy and hold onto them forever! 💕

A dream of mine: to shoot a wedding at @harvardartmuseums and do portraits at MIT. The minimalistic columns and architecture read so elegant with a bride placed in front of them!

Emily & Alex are perfect for each other. They're both incredibly smart, kind, funny, and joyful. Alex said it best at the rehearsal dinner when he made a toast to Emily surrounded by their dearest family and friends: "Emily and I have traveled a lot together... And everywhere we've gone, I've felt happy. I've felt safe. And it's because of her. She feels like home." Congratulations and so much love to both of you! Thank you for having me there to witness and capture your love story.💕
PS- Yesterday's rain plan turned into some of my favorite portraits of all time! Find more sneak peeks in my stories!

It's wedding weekend for these two soulmates! I'm so so excited to start celebrating with them tonight at their rehearsal dinner and then spend the day capturing their amazing Boston wedding as they vow to go through life hand-in-hand! Happy Friday, friends!
Think of the photo. You will be looking back on your wedding photos for years. When planning your attire and flower choices consider how it will all come together in a photograph. Think of bouquets and boutonnieres as an accessory that should pair with the color and texture of what you are wearing. If your wedding party’s attire has a lot of prints or patterns consider clean, simple floral. If the attire consists of solid colors and fabrics then textural, mixed-florals will be sure to pop.
was thrilled to be asked by Bliss Magazine to photograph an amazing shoot at the Harvard Art Museums last fall and thrilled when the layout turned out to be ten pages! Doubly pleased since it was with floral genius, Marc Hall from www.theworldofmarchall.com @theworldofmarchall and the equally fabulous Reserve Modern Event Rental. @reservemodern The theme was "After the Hunt" : Flora & Fauna create contrast with a curated collection of nineteenth and twentieth century art for this apres la chasse themed feast at the Harvard Art Museums." From the article, " The early twentieth century art collection and architecture at the Harvard Art Museums inspired floral designer Marc Hall of Marc Hall Designs and Nilda Martin of Reserve Modern Event Rentals to create a sumptuous after the chase themed rehearsal dinner. "The evening blurred the distinction between new and old world," Hall explained.
The wonderful caterer, The Catered Affair, who does all the catering for The Boston Public Library and the Harvard Art Musuems supplied beautiful catering as did Table Toppers who supplied the linens and Peterson Party Center @petersonparty.
Makeup for the models was done by the incredibly talented Christina Kennedy and makeup was doen by Emily Reale, both fromBeaucage Salon & Spa @beaucageboston .
