I’ve found that when I really want something but don’t know how to get there, I #create ways. When obstacles arise (which they will), I create opportunities from them—opportunities to grow, to learn, and to keep going no matter what. .

I spent the last few days taking it easy and exploring the beautiful island of Oahu 🌴 Just look at this beach! 😍
I've been trying to switch off from work and I've also been conscious of being present in the moment so I've been a bit absent on here. We got a little too much sun yesterday though so we're having a slow day today. I'm going to spend the morning catching up on a few small bits of work before switching off again and heading off on a sunset hike 🥰
I love the idea of a full time digital nomad life so it's nice to have a taster of what it would be like to work and travel 🌏

I am a local Hawai’i girl all my life but just lives now in Minnesota (don’t ask, it’s my fiance’s fault lol). I LOVE photography & graphic design but I also have a love for fitness. I love intense, crazy, heavy lifting types of workouts that challenge me to grow more as a person inside and out. I use fitness, photography & graphic design as different types of therapy in my life. Time for Protein: Not sure how I haven’t tried the @gardenoflife Plant Protein till now.. I have taken the Meals and other Protein’s from the company and loved them all. Just a few sips in and it tastes great. I added some unsweetened vanilla coconut milk, water and ice. I love that it contains 30 grams of plant protein and 5 grams of L-Glutamine. Now the test is to see how nourished I feel after my workout this morning. I will be eating some almond yogurt and oatmeal a bit later for more protein. Growing muscles and toning up can be easy on a Plant Based Diet and Lifestyle. I definitely feel stronger and healthier today than I did at 18 years old..

Bonus: For My Workout Wednesday today, I did a nice combo exercise in the middle of my workout. Slow and steady and the burn is felt. Go slow and try this one out to feel many muscles working hard. I am gonna like how I feel later from this one I am sure. 🙏🏼❤️Love and Prayers to all on this marked day 9/11.. May we remember that we are not promised tomorrow, only today and May we live to our fullest potential to be kind and compassionate to ourselves and others..

Happy Workout Wednesday’s. Decided to share segments of my workouts each week. These are some of the arm exercises I do with currently light weight. Always watch your form to prevent any injuries. I usually do 1-2 sets of 9-12 reps on most movements for arms. The last video is awesome to prevent tension or stress in the shoulders, traps and neck. It is also great as a continued warm up to those muscles going into more ab, leg and full body HIIT work. Late Dinner tonight to close out Tummy Tuesday’s is lots of greens, ( red kale, red leaf lettuce, cilantro topped with some homemade Cashew Alfredo Pasta (w/carrots, Brussels, tofu), beet sauerkraut..
