Veg sandwich or Masala Sandwich is family's favourite. The chutney is super delicious & easy. .
Sometime we love to have it with regular lunch or dinner & also with vadapav/kanda bhaji🤩
Sandwich chutney recipe:: 🔸1cup fresh coriander
🔸1/2 cup freshly grated coconut
🔸Few mint leaves
🔸1-2 slices of ginger
🔸3-4 garlic 🔸2-3 green chillies
🔸1/4 tspn jeera
🔸1/4 tspn sugar
🔸Salt according to taste
🔸1-2 Tbspn of water
Lunch prepping for a days work 🦸🏻♀️ Prepping meals can be difficult, especially when you have to eat on the go 🤨
But it's all down to being organised, 5 minutes with a frying pan this morning and this is todays lunch 🤤
Can't go wrong with an omelette 😍
Managing weight can be achieved.. by many things... One of them is by reducing (reducing, not stopping) your carbs intake.
You don't gain weight by eating, you gain weight by over eating. And it is very tempting to overdo on your carbs.. that extra roti, a little more rice.. little more pasta... That's what is the main villian. )) If you know where to stop, eating... That's when you will be able to manage your weight better.
You need to give your body room for digestion... If you overeat, your digestive system overworks to digest food... And that's not good for weight management.
Have a piece of jaggery after a meal, sweet let's you achieve satiety.
Eating refined carbs is linked to drastically increased risk of many diseases, including obesity, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
Refined carbs are processed food, eg sugar, grains that have had their fibrous parts removed. Refined flour ( maida )- that's our bread... If your are consuming this for every meal, give it a 2nd thought.
Not only you are inviting heath related issues, but also, you are not giving any nutrition to your body.
Balance your meals, try whole grains.. organic brown rice(tastes like normal rice... Really!), Quinoa( try making a salad with lettuce, quinoa and add some carrots and other veggies of your choice ), Ragi ( can make dosa or idli), oats ( steel cut or rolled oats.. make a chilla of oats and besan... DM for a recepie). In this way you can consume different grains, and get wholesome nutrition... Balance it out over a week...! Say no to refined carbs!! DM for a video consult!

Pyszne słodkości znajdziecie u @legal_cakes. Ręcznie robiona czekolada biała z liofilizowanymi malinami smakuje wyśmienicie. Niezdrowy cukier zastąpiony jest erytrytolem.
W ofercie firmy znajdziecie ogromny wybór batonów. Część z nich jest wegańska. Warto podkreślić że wszystkie produkty tej firmy są bezglutenowe.
To, co najbardziej zaskoczyło mnie w batonach tej firmy, to fakt, że są nie tylko pyszne, ale również zdrowe i pożywne.
Baton że zdjęcia zawiera w swoim składzie banany, płatki jaglane, płatki gryczane, orzechy włoskie, suszone śliwki, marchew, odżywkę białkową wegańską, a także pachnące przyprawy takie jak cynamon imbir i goździki.
Unser Rezept der Woche: Feldsalataufstrich
Zutaten: *100g Feldsalat * 1 Knoblauchzehe
* 2 EL geschälte Pistazien
* 1 EL Olivenöl
* 250g Frischkäse * 50g Crème Fraîche
Salz, Pfeffer, Zitronensaft
Zubereitung: - Den Feldsalat waschen, verlesen und trocken schütteln. - Den Knoblauch abziehen und hacken.
- Die Pistazien in einer Pfanne ohne Zugabe von Fett anrösten, abkühlen lassen und anschließend mit dem Feldsalat, dem Knoblauch und dem Öl in einem Mixer fein pürieren. - Den Frischkäse und die Crème Fraîche zugeben, untermixen und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zitronensaft abschmecken. - zu frischem Vollkornbrot servieren.
Ps: das Rezept kann auch Vegan zubereitet werden. Dafür verwendet ihr vegane Frischkäsezubereitung und ersetzt die Crème Fraîche durch pflanzlichen Joghurtersatz (Natur). Das Team von KD Ernährungskonzepte wünscht einen guten Appetit!

So refreshing & full of punchy flavour! There are lots of pomelo around at the moment because of the Lunar New Year 🧧 celebrations so I decided to make a salad using this delicious fruit. 1 pomelo peeled and cut into bite-size pieces/thin wedges
1 cos lettuce finely sliced
2 grated organic carrots
1/2 a grated daikon
1/2 cup Vietnamese mint leaves
1/3 cup roughly chopped roasted peanuts (I like to toast them in a pan with 3/4 tspn of soy sauce & then leave them to cool)
1/3 cup toasted shredded coconut
Fried shallots to garnish (store-bought from an Asian grocery store or homemade)
For the dressing:
1 whole red chilli roughly chopped
1 red onion roughly chopped
1 garlic clove cut in half
4 tspns vegan fish sauce
3 tbspns grated palm sugar
1 tspn soy sauce
2 tspns tamarind purée/paste
Juice of 1 small lime
Salt to taste
First make the dressing. Place the chilli, garlic & onion in a mini processor and blend until you have a watery paste. Pour this mixture into a small saucepan and add all the other sauce ingredients. Place the pan over low to medium heat & bring to a simmer for 5 minutes & until the sugar dissolves. Strain the dressing into a separate bowl.
In a large salad bowl, place the daikon, carrots, mint, pomelo & lettuce. Pour over the dressing, toss well & top with the toasted shredded coconut, toasted peanuts & lots of fried shallots.

LEMON GARLIC BUTTER BAKED SALMON WITH CRISPY POTATOES & ASPARAGUS: this recipe is great for Sunday or Monday meal prep, as it comes together fast and calls for ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. 1) POTATOES: Preheat oven to 400 F. Toss 1 pound quartered yukon gold potatoes in 1 tablespoon olive oil; season with salt and pepper 2) arrange potatoes on a large baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes; remove from oven •• SALMON & ASPARAGUS: while the potatoes are roasting, combine 3 tablespoons @fourthandheart garlic ghee (or butter) + 2 cloves minced garlic + a splash of lemon juice in a small bowl; microwave for 30 seconds, or until melted. Season salmon and asparagus with sea salt + black pepper. Once the potatoes are removed from the oven, push them to one side of the baking sheet (they’re not finished cooking yet), and arrange salmon and asparagus as seen in the photo. Drizzle with lemon garlic butter sauce. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through. Remove from oven and turn it to broil. Broil for 5 minutes or until salmon, potatoes, and asparagus are crispy. Enjoy! ❤️ ——

it’s pancake sunday so i’m dancing 💃🏽 but for real they are too good. chocolate chip banana pancakes topped with sliced banana, seed & nut clusters, and ofc maple syrup. recipe details below:
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 cup almond milk
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1 tbsp baking powder
Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy. Pour 1/4 cup batter into a nonstick cooking pan over medium heat. Sprinkle over a few dark chocolate chips. Cook until golden brown on each side.
