Your core muscles play a huge role in your everyday activities, from getting out of bed, to walking down the street, and bending over to grab your purse-but, most importantly, they literally help you stay upright.
"That's because your core muscles are the base of support for your entire body," They completely surround and support your spine and pelvis and connect your upper body and lower body, effectively transferring forces from one to the other.
Healthy Blueberry Banana Bread
Servings 16 slices @simplyquinoa
1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
1/2 cup quinoa flour
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
2 teaspoons coconut flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
1/2 cup mashed banana about 1 medium
1 tablespoon olive oil or oil of choice
3 tablespoons maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon turbinado sugar to garnish optional
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and whisk to combine. In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, mashed banana, oil, syrup and vinegar and beat until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and fold together. Once combined, fold in the blueberries.
Transfer batter to the prepared loaf tin, sprinkle with turbinado sugar (if using). Bake on the center rack for 45 - 50 minutes until the top has turned golden brown and a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 1 hour then transfer to a wire rack and cool completely before slicing.

Delicious Toasts With Coconut Spread, Coquitos and Blue- & Blackberries! by 🍪🍪Coconut Spread Recipe: 4 cups (320g) Dessicated Coconut
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (Melted)
Add 3 cups of dessicated coconut to the food processor and begin processing. After 3-4 minutes it will start to process down and look a little sparse, that’s when you can add the remaining cup of dessicated coconut in.
Continue to process, as it starts to form into clumps, add the coconut oil as the machine is running and keep processing until it forms a liquid.
Stop the machine and scrape down the sides when needed.
It will take around 12-15 minutes in total

My goal is help women during some of the most difficult and vulnerable times in their lives. That’s because that’s exactly what I needed when I was in a season of emotions, depression and anxiety as I was figuring out who I was again after having Henry. It’s not to be salesy or pushy or bothersome. Its not about the pushing products, I just know what’s worked for me. Before I be some a coach I was too scared to reach out for help and I know there are many other women out there in the same boat as I was.
I love what I do because I am able to help these women in my own pockets of time. I help women find what works best for them and to help them find something they enjoy and stick with to get results!
I also get to help women redefine their relationship with food, find new patterns and help with customized meal plans based on their needs! But by proving an online community of support and accountability, they see they are not in this alone, that they have other women just like them working towards new health goals just like they are!
The best part-I get to help women no matter where they live, how in or out of shape they think they are and how busy they think their life may or may not be. I’m able to help them all online and on their own time.
Turning my hobby and passion into a way to serve others and help them change their lives has been something I never thought I’d be able to do but am TRULY blessed to have been given this opportunity! :

This was my dinner last night, Cajun cod, salad and a jacket spud. I used 1 syn of butter and my HexA of light cheddar. .
I was absolutely starving as I’d been at a meeting in the day so hadn’t had a chance to eat the salad I’d prepared. I wanted to get home and salad isn’t really a driving friendly lunch 😂 luckily I had cherry tomatoes and chopped pepper to keep me going. I inhaled two Hifi bars when I got home as I put dinner on. I actually sighed as I ate them I was so happy 😂😂

It’s Friyay 🙌🏼 god I’m so happy this week is coming to an end, it’s been a great week but super busy so I’m really looking forward to a chilled and on plan weekend!
40g of wholemeal Cheerios for my HexB and 250ml semi skimmed milk for one of my HexA’s. It was actually a joy to have something so normal for breakfast instead of something I would only have whilst on SW. Don’t know why I’ve never had this whilst on plan before.
Good Morning! It’s Friday! And that means it’s time for a Farmers’ Market Recipe; Maple Syrup Sponge Cake. ..
Maple syrup and eggs are available at the farmers’ market, so pick some up and make a Maple Sponge Cake. Or if you want to substitute maple syrup for sugar in your own recipe, use ¾ cup maple syrup for 1 cup sugar, and reduce the liquid in the recipe by 3 tablespoons for each cup of syrup used.
Maple Sponge Cake
1 ¼ cups sifted flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
6 eggs, separated
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Beat egg whites until foamy in a medium mixing bowl. Add cream of tartar and ¼ cup of maple syrup. Beat until whites form stiff peaks, but are not dry. In a large mixing bowl beat egg yolks. Add 3/4 cup maple syrup, vanilla and sifted dry ingredients. Beat at medium speed 4 minutes. Gently whisk 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg and flour mixture. Add the remaining egg whites to the batter and gently fold in using a rubber spatula. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Invert pan to cool. Makes 14 servings. Serve with fresh berries and whipped cream. .

для начала, небольшой экскурс. купила этого красавчика вчера после того, как закрыла сессию на отлично (ну как, закрыла, мне просто по всем экзаменам автоматы понаставили🤣). а ещё это был мой день рождения, так что у меня нашлось множество поводов потратить деньжат😏
долго я, конечно, стояла у витрины, но всё же выбрала этот тортичелло. и собственно, here we are 🍰внешний вид просто безукоризненный🙈я восхищаюсь кондитерами @sugar_bakeshop, которые создают шедевры, не меньше!
🍰аромат и текстура убийственно восхитительны! пахнет тортик чем-то сливочным, сладковатым, и я даже уловила ореховые нотки, потому что для меня орехи словно запрещённая контрабанда, а я - собака-ищейка🤣 (странные ассоциации однако). плюс он похож на облачко - так легко ломается! нежнятина!
🍰ну а вкууууус...у меня просто нет слов! крем идеальнейший! его отлично дополняет карамель! когда я попробовала первый кусочек, он растаял у меня во рту, заставив моё сердеШко пропустить пару-тройку ударов😂я долго не могла понять, что же напоминает мне этот вкус, но когда я попробовала ту часть с шоколадом сверху, до меня дошло - Киндер! вот точь-в-точь! только без всяких противных добавок. и с орешками💔
я ела этот торт минут 40 - пыталась максимально растянуть удовольствие...
и это были лучшие 40 минут в моей жизни!
