Don’t you hate when you create a new post and Instagram combines two of your paragraphs into one long mess?
Below are a few things you can be doing to help avoid this
1. Make sure you didn’t leave a space after your last sentence before hitting the return key for a new paragraph
2. Another option is to write out your caption in a google doc and copy + paste
3. Don’t end your last sentence with an emoji

Well as 9/1/18 came and went she kept asking me why hadn’t I launched my store and I literally kept giving her every excuse!

And I promise you they were valid excuses BUT one day as I prepared to give her another excuse she stopped me and said “You’re Afraid” .... that’s why it’s April 2019 and still no website

She was right! I was scared people that family would laugh at me, I was scared I would mess up, I didn’t believe people would even buy from me BUT I knew if I didn’t do it I would always wonder what if .

May 2, 2019 ... 8 Months after I was supposed to launch I started working on my website and in three days 5.5.19 I Launched it on Instagram

In May my first month I made $3500 dollars!! Simply because I decided to stop doubting myself!

Do you feel like you’re wasting a lot of time during the day just procrastinating?
You’re not alone, babe - and the good news is, there is so much you can do to increase your productivity!

👩💻 Focus on ONE thing at the time - don’t overwhelm yourself.
A good tip that I used as a student, and that I’m still using to this day, is to have a notepad or a “rambling doc” on your dashboard to jot down notes or new to do’s that come to mind while you’re working. Then you’re able to quickly note that task down, and then quickly get back to what you were originally doing again.
👩💻 Figure out when you’re the most productive during the day.
Are you one of those that are the most energized and productive late in the evening? Early in the morning? At night?
I’m not saying to get your entire day upside-down, but when you feel the most productive is a good indicator of when you should be focusing on your biggest, and most important tasks.
Personally, I am the most productive during the evenings, and because I know this, I don’t stress out if I slacked a bit off during the afternoon.
👩💻 Gather small tasks into one timeslot.
This makes you a lot more focused, and you will find that you will get through them so much quicker! Promise!

I got SOOOO much great feedback the last time I posted about sales calls, so… ya know - I thought I would give you some more tips regarding these types of calls!
Today, I wanted to be talking about the mindset you need to have when doing these calls.

Have a routine in place before you go on the call!
This is something that gets easily ignored by a lot of new entrepreneurs, but I’m telling you - it makes a HUGE difference to how you appear on the call!
So let’s dive into what you should do BEFORE EVERY SALES CALL:
💃 Visualise the client saying YES.
Visualise not only you signing them up, but be detailed - visualise you typing in their card details (if you use that type of payment), visualise how they say yes, visualise them saying how excited they are to be working with you, and visualise yourself giving them instructions of the next step now that they’ve been enrolled in your program.
💃 Use affirmations.
It’s great to use affirmations before a call, to really put in the intention, that you want to help this person - you want to be of service. Ask to be guided by the Universe as well, and that if you can’t really help this person, then you will let them go with grace.
💃 Listen to music and dance!
This one is SO IMPORTANT! I promise, it will make a big difference to your energy levels, your language, how confident you feel, and overall - how you come across.
You will come across as so much more in power if your energy is good - which it gets by dancing to some great, high-vibe music!

I was so scared of investing in my business in the beginning, but I made the jump, and I can say for certain that I would never be where I am today without overcoming this fear.
Release the fear, and focus on where you will be once you’ve made the investment, and then 6 months after you’ve made the investment! You will soar, babe!

For years I've seen people post over & over about how they've "stepped into their power" & they are "taking a new direction..."

I thought to myself, "I'm okay here, just where I am". ❤️

That I wasn't wanting what everyone else was doing. I didn't want to put myself out there the way others did, it never felt "right" to me. 🤷🏻♀️

The thing I can be proud of is that I don't follow the crowd...because if something doesn't feel good to me, I can't be passionate about - so I know it's not for me to pursue. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instead, I have sat back. Waited. Worked. Stayed in my own lane. Been "open" to what's going on & "aware" but never in a place of "Should I be doing that too?". 🧐

When you're content with how things are going, that's great. But know there is more. But that more comes to you when the time is right. 🕐

What were you like as a kid? I grew up in Alabama and was number 8 of 10 kids in a blended family —and that alone really shaped me.
Among other things, I’m so thankful for my mom supporting my dream of becoming a famous ballerina, paying for lessons (even though she had SO many kids to fend for), chauffeuring me 2-3 times a week, and putting up with endless barre exercises using the kitchen counters.
But most importantly, I am thankful for my mom not giving me a hard time when I realized a few years later that it wasn’t for me, after all of that.
Even after walking away from ballet, I learned the value of discipline and commitment.
Without Mom’s love and support, I ultimately may never have had the courage to chase my entrepreneurial dreams and become who I am today. What shaped you most during your childhood?4 9 10 November, 2019

It was a real face palm moment when I found myself standing in my sister’s kitchen, trying to make a batch of homemade chicken noodle soup while training a rambunctious puppy to stay off the counters and serving as an umpire breaking up a fight between two very upset (and hungry) 6-year-old boys.
What the hell was I even doing?
I had agreed to step into my sister’s shoes for a very long eight days and watch her four young children and her new puppy… during which time, a snowstorm showed up, just to add some extra fun to the mix, causing a power outage for several hours.
Now, you know I walked away from that with some lesson, right?
