Felt really good after this workout, my hamstrings were still sore from my last workout so I didn’t stress them too much.

Workout ☀️ 1️⃣. Deadlifts
(I like to use heavier weight and lower reps, but make sure to have good technique to avoid injury)
2️⃣. V squat
4x15 (I used weight that I could handle for 15 reps but also challenged me)
Hip Mobility with Trunk Stability using the Wall for Biofeedback:
If you have a little wiggle waggle in your walk, this is a great #exercise to retrain your #sensoryawareness of your #hip motion during #gait . It helps build your #core and #posture while you isolate #hipmobility . Try it at you might be surprised at the challenge! Enjoy!

Hiking back to Moraine Lake and started having lateral knee pain. I tried to tackle the issue by addressing the gluteus medius / minimus and tensor fascia latae. While this is only a small part to deal with lateral knee pain, above is my attempt to add manual pressure while performing active movements to reduce the tension. The view was just the extra motivation I needed to get my butt back down the mountain.

When your hip and foot aren’t stable, your brain protects your ankle my locking down and engaging the parking brake. The muscle tension is how the body solves the stability problem
