One of the classic carveries in central, they have been in Lan Kwai Fong for nine years and yet that was my first time being there, and it definitely won’t be the last.
Their juicy prime rib was just as good as the rumor says. It was tender, soft and cooked to perfection. The short rib on the other hand has a firmer bite with meatier taste. Huge round of applause for their home made BBQ sauce, quite smoky and sweet.
Beside the famous sea urchin pasta, the sea urchin foie gras toast would make the perfect starter. Loved the white wine jelly on top which balanced the richness of the urchin and duck liver. That was an umami bomb!
