This delicious breakfast was ground cherry (or husk cherry, if you prefer) muffins and the absolute most delicious watermelon I have ever tasted. Ever. Ground cherries and watermelon were from @whitearrowfarms .
On Friday, along with the focaccia bread, I made some ravioli from scratch and, finally, used my ravioli stamp. For the filling, I mainly put in minced pork, diced pancetta, mushroom, shallots and parmesan cheese. The sauces was a balsamic butter sauce that I found online. .
Making pasta dough from scratch was much harder than I thought, especially without a pasta roller.

We're harvesting the remainder of our spinach in the garden which means there will be lots of greens for dinner this week. Tonight I made palak paneer which interestingly enough is only the second time I've ventured into cooking an Indian dish. I am a little intimidated with the vast amount of spices in some of the dishes especially since I'm not entirely familiar with them. The dish turned out pretty well in my opinion although it was on the thicker side since it was mostly puréed spinach and not so much cream. I used black mustard seeds, cumin, coriander, chili flakes and garam masala. We enjoyed this over rice and it made for the perfect #meatless Monday dish. .

Here we are, exactly 7 days later!
From Monday to Monday (9/9 - 9/16), I challenged myself and I met my goal, this feels AMAZING! I wanted to be able to show you what a week of home cooked meals and 4 days of workouts may serve you. Prior to this challenge, I had a week of inconsistency (eating out, little to no activity) and had gained what I like to call “waste” weight which was about 2.7 pounds from were I was originally at (190.5)
I managed to rid of the waste AND lose about 3 pounds of true weight! 🦁💪🏼
How did I do it? -
•Increased my water intake every day ( 1/2 - 1.5 gallons)
•Home cooked nutritious meals (aside from 3 meals: 2 lunches/1 dinner were fast/cafe foods clean-fair choices)
•3-Strength training sessions for 30-45mins. •4-Cardio/Running sessions for 10-25mins
•1 day of fasting 8p-12p •3 out of 7 nights of 8hrs of rest (4 days of 5-6hrs)
NO SUPPLEMENTS, NO DIET PILLS, NO SKIPPED MEALS
This is all completely doable my friends!! -
So happy to be in the 180’s, can’t wait to see where I’m at by the end of the year, I’m getting closer and closer to my goal! -

4 bh kemiri ( sangrai )
1 ruas jari kunyit
1 ruas jahe
Semua bahan di ats blender ( jgn halus kali )
Minyak secukupnya utk menumis
Caranya .. tumis bumbu halus dgn minyak masukkan potongan tomat .. tumis hingga harum br masukkan ikan .. beri rasa garan gula serta kaldu rasa ...tumis hingga ayam berubah warna masukkan daun pandan ..daun jeruk.. serai .. daun kunyit aduk rata br masukkan air .ungkep ikan hingga matang dan air menyusut br masukkan daun kemangi dan daun bawang .. masak sebentar .. siap di sajikan ..
