For more beauty stuffs.. 💕💕 Waxing is the process of hair removal from the root by using a covering of a sticky substance, such as wax, to adhere to body hair, and then removing this covering and pulling out the hair from the follicle. New hair will not grow back in the previously waxed area for four to six weeks, although some people will start to see regrowth in only a week due to some of their hair being on a different human hair growth cycle. Almost any area of the body can be waxed, including eyebrows, face, legs, arms, back, abdomen, knuckles, and feet. There are many types of waxing suitable for removing unwanted hair.
Cucumbers contain multiple B vitamins, including vitamin B1, vitamin B5, and vitamin B7(biotin). B vitamins are known to help ease feelings of anxiety and buffer some of the damaging effects of stress.
Cucumbers are rich in two of the most basic elements needed for healthy digestion : water and fiber.
Oh, the magic of elderberry. 💜 In this study, patients “suffering from influenza-like symptoms for 48 [hours] or less“ were given either elderberry or placebo syrup.
The participants who took elderberry syrup fared better than those who took the placebo syrup: “Symptoms were relieved on average 4 days earlier and use of rescue medication was significantly less in those receiving elderberry extract compared with placebo.” Other species of black elderberry can be used medicinally too (I often work with a blend of black elderberry species) but studies tend to focus on Sambucus nigra.

Did you see my immunity shot silent film? 😅😆 IT WORKED.
haha in case you missed it, I was feeling achy and I didn’t wanna take any chances getting sick so I used what I had and boom. Not sick at all! 🙌🏼
2 drops of lemon, 2 oregano, 2 thieves in shot glass and fill rest with kombucha (or whatever works) and then down the hatch.
It wasn’t good, lemme just say that. But hey... it works and it’s quick. I didn’t have to run to the store. I didn’t have to read a medicine box. I didn’t have to sit around an hope I won’t get sick. I felt my body telling me something, I used what I had and it worked. I did it again the next day with cranberry juice and i plugged my nose that time and it went even smoother. Hehe (:

Rice water is literally bursting with natural proteins, vitamins, and minerals that help restore and hydrate your hair. Firstly, it contains inositol, a carbohydrate that replenishes dry, damaged hair by strengthening and rebuilding the elasticity of the hair, which prevents it from becoming brittle and split ends from forming.
Even after the rice water is rinsed off, it’ll continue to seal in moisture, shielding your hair from damage. It’s also packed with proteins and amino acids that hydrate and restore the hair strand so that it’s less likely to frizz. Plus, it’s a rich source of vitamins including B, C, and E, which can help boost growth while adding shine.
Fermented Rice Water
If you ferment the rice (by leaving the rice water out for 24 to 48 hours), it’ll further enhance the nutrient levels as, during fermentation, a substance called pitera is produced, which is rich in minerals and amino acids. It’ll also alter the pH levels of the rice water so that it better matches the natural pH of your hair, which is slightly acidic. This will help close the hair cuticle, preventing moisture loss and protecting your hair. The only issue is fermented water can smell a little but you can add a drop of essential oil to the water to improve this – in Huangluo they add ginger slices and orange peel to the fermented rice water.
Take half a cup of rice, give it a rinse, then soak it in two cups of water. Leave it to soak overnight . once the rice has fermented, add a cup of water to dilute it slightly. How to Use Rice Water
Sometimes the universe has a way of protecting you from yourself. Notice the signs. Be okay with it. What’s for you will make its way to you. Trust and believe. I don’t know who this is for but here’s your sign. I felt this so intensely.
Elderberries are one of the most effective remedies for viral and bacterial infections such as colds and flu and can substantially shorten the duration of your illness if you get sick. They are full of vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Iron, Beta-Carotene, Bioflavonoids, and Potassium. These are all important to our health. Check out this recipe from @wellnessmama
3½ cups water
2/3 cup black elderberries (dried, or 1 1/3 cups fresh or frozen)
2 TBSP ginger (grated)
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves
1 cup raw honey
Pour the water into a medium saucepan and add the elderberries, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. Bring to a boil and then cover and reduce to a simmer for about 45 minutes to 1 hour until the liquid has reduced by almost half. Remove from heat and let cool until it is cool enough to be handled. Mash the berries carefully using a spoon or other flat utensil. Pour through a strainer into a glass jar or bowl. Discard the elderberries and let the liquid cool to lukewarm. When it is no longer hot, add the honey and stir well. When the honey is well mixed into the elderberry mixture, pour the syrup into a mason jar or 16 ounce glass bottle of some kind. Ta-da! You just made homemade elderberry syrup! Store in the fridge and take daily for its immune boosting properties
