Resposta do #Camisa7 : DeMarcus Cousins.
When is the right time to call a personal injury lawyer?

Symptoms & Common Complaints of Carpal Tunnel & Nerve Entrapment:
- Numbness in hand
- Pain in the wrist and forearm
- Pain radiating down the arm
- Finger numbness
- Weakness/clumsiness of hand resulting in problem grasping
- Hardness of hand resulting in muscles atrophying
- Limited range of motion of wrist or fingers
- Progressive immobility in the fingers, hands, wrist, forearms, or elbows
- Sleep interrupted by pain
- Inflammation around joints of the elbow, wrist, hands, or fingers
- Adhesion build-up in the arm
How Structural Energetic Therapy can help:
The Carpal Tunnel soft tissue release protocol is designed to release the structural distortion of an internally rotated arm and shoulder which results in strain patterns that produce weakness and pain! The progression of treatment presented in this protocol is specifically designed to sequentially release and unwind these structural patterns contracting soft tissue that cause and support the internal rotation; then the areas that have been compensating for the internal rotation are released; and so on until the structure has been brought to balance and the symptoms have diminished or disappeared!
Doctor put me back in a soft cast on Tuesday thanks to mah busted ankle. This is the second sprain in four months and the doctor said it was worse this time. I have another appointment next week and he said it could take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to heal.
⛑️⛑️⛑️⛑️ I'm really determined to have this heal and stay 100 percent because he said if I have ankle stability, it means surgery.
I don't know if my ankle never healed properly after I had ligament trauma about 7 years ago. Kids, learn from me. Immediately go to a doctor and don't work at 8-hour retail shift and then wait two days before you do. #injured#injury#ankles#ankleinjury#ankleinstability#gotothedoctor

The Hip Hitch Exercise 💪
If you are involved in running based sports then this ones for you ✅
When we run we have periods of time where we will be challenged to be stable and controlled on one leg 🏃♀️
Lacking optimal control of our hip and pelvis during this stance period can increase our risk of injury significantly and can also lead to sub-optimal performance outcomes as a result 😬
Strengthening the muscles responsible for keeping your hip level will go a long way to optimising your physical performance ⚽️
Give this Hip Hitch exercise a go and let us know how you get on 🙌
Our physical performance coach @tn.healthandperformance recommends aiming for 2-3 sets of 20-25 reps on each side to ensure good levels of muscle activation in this local area 🏋️♂️
Haven’t posted anything fitness related in awhile.. Injuries suck lol.
About 3 months ago I pulled something in my back, and I haven’t felt like myself in the gym..
I wasn’t lifting as much as I used to..
Going to the gym was becoming a chore..
I started doubting myself because I wasn’t “deadlifting a house” like I used to be..
This was my first time deadlifting since my injury, and it was the BEST feeling in the world..
Moral of the Story: Don’t let temporary challenges weigh you down..
Focus on where you’re going, have a plan, and attack it everyday!
Minor setback for a major comeback 🗣🦍

🔥🔹 Train Around Shoulder Pain 🔹👇
If you’re one of the many people who struggle with shoulder pain, then this post is for you.
Just because certain shoulder exercises cause you pain, doesn’t mean you have to stop training this critical area entirely!
This post shows a mix of exercises to work your shoulders pain free, and exercises that can help decrease shoulder pain in the future.
Exercises like farmers walks, around the worlds, and bottoms up kettlebell press offer super low stress but super effective shoulder workouts.
Exercises like band pull aparts, TRX I,Y,T, and facepulls help to build up the rear delts. This offers great shoulder work and helps to bullet proof your shoulders from future injury.
Along with more rear delt work, keeping a ratio of at least 2:1 pulling to pushing movements is crucial for shoulder health. Don’t forget to row! A lot!
Now, neutral grip presses and push ups show how changing the way you press can improve shoulder health.
The grip switch on presses (from any angle all the way to overhead) takes a ton of pressure of the shoulders.
While getting a higher percentage of your push work from push ups as opposed to weights also helps to build healthier shoulders.
So if you have shoulder pain (a lot of us do) don’t give up on training!
Well Instagraming it now. Its been a week since I got bitten by a Chihuahua on the face. Yes it got infected. I got antibiotics and have been swollen but it's gone down and the bruising is lightening up and I'm hoping it won't scar. (I scar easily, vitiam deficiency probably) but I'll post more pics of the recovery and maybe some nasty ones. #injury#injuryrecovery
6 hours of home programming filmed, edited and now to be uploaded to the Athlete1st app.
I often refer back to how memorable moments have shaped me,my approach and my values. One big one was when I was a young player @wiganwarriorsrl
I was injured and that day meant fitness on the rowing machine with the ‘injured player crew’ when the team where training.
Steve Walsh was the conditioner at the time. We had 20 sets of 300m to complete. Each one had to be under 60 seconds with 60 seconds rest.
Not fun 🤮
Anyone who’s played sport regardless to what level or degree will be able to relate to how low you feel when you can’t do what you love to do. It’s not a great place.
Rowing was always one of my strong points but it’s never fun. After about 12 efforts of hitting the target time steve left to go somewhere. On some of the next few efforts I did them in 102/ 103 seconds or thereabouts. Then when he came back I hit the last few under 60 again. He saw some one that wasn’t under the 60 seconds. After he just said, “judge yourself off what you do when nobody’s watching, not when you’ve an audience”. How right he was and evident it is when you see people who make things happen on the big stage look so effortless. It’s often down to the work you don’t see.
Why am I telling you this story?
To all my athletes who will be getting supplemental home programming, there won’t be any telling off or chasing of you to do it. You decide who you want to be.
To all my athletes struggling with injuries, don’t be like I was, a miserable person, with my actions affecting those around me. Decide to use that time to come back better than before, stay positive and keep perspective, it’s only an injury. Understand you affect others and they affect you. If you need any help I’ll be there to hopefully help or direct you to someone who can.
Step by step guide to test why you might have back problems and knee problems due to having tight hips give it a go and feel free to tag a friend✅

J O U R N A L . P R O M P T:
One of the things that injuries do is force us to slow down, rest, and reevaluate our life. For many of us that have been doing the same job in the same way this can be a great reprieve. If you haven’t been working out for a while it can be a good reminder of how much our body craves movement. So when an injury has you down, take this time to evaluate your life and ask is there any part of my life that I want to change? Because when we have the time off work or are taking time away from our normal workouts this can give us the time that we don’t normally have to make a new plan of action. Is your job repetitive and gives you pain? Start applying for new ones! Do you hate sitting in a car in traffic for your commute? You can make a training plan to work up to biking to work. So grab your coffee and your notebook and get real with yourself.

■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ Mobility ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ⠀
Something I really don’t think mobility gets enough publicity on social media. Injury prevention, enhancing your movement, performance and maintaining agility is so crucial to any activity or sport. That’s not even the best part, the best part about it is you can do it anywhere! 🧘♂️ ⠀
Ive struggled with mobility a lot through my life. I have terribly unhealthy shoulders, and am actually currently dealing with a tear in my rotator cuff insertion 🤕. Shoulders are one of the key body parts where injury prevention is really critical 💪🏼 (there really isn’t a body part where it isn’t critical, but some are body parts affect your training much more than others). In my opinion knees, ankles and hips are examples of others 🏃🏽.⠀
Another thing that’s always tormented me is my hip mobility, it’s come miles over the last few years though. ⠀
These videos are a quick mobility routine to open up your hips at home. There are other exercises I do at the gym to, which I’ll get into when I talk more about shoulder mobility and pre-workout routines 🏋️. ⠀
• Hands to knees (3x10)⠀
• Toe touch squats (3x10)⠀
• Standing Lift offs to hip controlled angular rotation (C.A.R) (3x5 per leg) ⠀
• Fire hydrants stretches (3x5 per leg)⠀
Video 2: ⠀
• Hip flexor stretch (4 x 5 seconds per leg)⠀
• Open hip lunge with arm raise (4 x seconds per leg) ⠀
• Lying hip rotation (3x10 each side)⠀
• Single leg lying hip thrusts (3x10 each side) ⠀
• Single leg toe touches (3x5 seconds per leg) ⠀
• Cossack squats (3x5 each leg) - I clearly need to improve at these, and a lot of other exercises.⠀
There are so many more exercises which could be done to loosen your hips ! As I mentioned I do others in just my warm up routine, so don’t limit yourself to this - but these are all really easy to do on the floor at home when you don’t have access to a gym. ⠀

Mike Green has suffered to what appears to be a knee injury late last game. Green played a very strong game in Vegas and was even elevated to the second pairing with Jones. He will miss at least two games. Andreas Athanasiou will be good for tomorrow while Kailer Yamamoto and Oscar Klefbom won't play.

CRYO THERAPY ❄️ After a week straight of #cryotherapy at @cryocafe I can confidentially say this healing modality works ✨
As most of you know I injured my hamstring 2 weeks ago in a #yoga class 😭 I haven’t been in any physical pain but the pain of not being able to get on my mat + workout like normal is very very real 💔 There’s not much you can do for a hamstring pull other than rest, patience and time 🙄, epsom salt soaks and rotating between heating pad + ice packs, but in an effort to speed up my healing process I decided to try out cryo therapy ❄️ I’m like if people are telling me to ice it why not just take it to the next level and do cryo?! I have been going every day to @cryocafe for the last week and I can confidently say IT’S 100% HELPING ME HEAL! Yay!
I’ve been getting a lot of questions about #cryo so I thought I’d share everything I know right here! Cryotherapy literally means cold therapy and it's a technique where the body is exposed to sub-zero temperatures for several minutes. I’ve been going for about 2 minutes + some change.
You can do the whole body or more localized cryo - I’ve been switching between the 2 or doing both.
Yes, it’s cold but it not unbearable! I honestly hate being cold, but I get in there focus on my breath and before I know it the time is up! It’s a great opportunity to do some pranayama and make it a little meditative moment.
Also I’ve been asked if I shiver or freeze the rest of the day and NO! I am basically warmed up within about 5-10 minutes after, there is no lingering “coldness” other than when I am doing localized and I don’t even notice it unless I touch the area!
Cryo isn’t just for when you’re injured, I think it’s going to be a powerful addition to my weekly wellness routine to help me avoid future injuries and keep inflammation in my body at bay!
Also, randomly I went in the other day and had a gnarly headache and they did cryo on my head and my headache instantly went away! Could be really great for if you have migraines! I know there are a ton more benefits but for me these are the standout ones RN ✨shoutout to @stevecusi for being the best supporter through this cryo/injury journey🙏🏻

More obstacles in my way 😫 When I FINALLY am back on my feet, the next thing happens... I slipped on the ice last week and fell , and the last few days I have had increasing amount of pain in my ribs... Soo I suspect that I actually broke at least one rib in my chest in the fall 😭 I went running yesterday, and while the rest of my body responded in a good way, deep breaths were really painful. Today my chest felt even worse, so now it is painkillers 💊 and rest for me until it feels a bit better. Hopefully the pain is on or at least near its peak now! 🤞
