The energy of this year has been magical in so many ways so far. So much growth and transformation and breakthrough has happened in the past few weeks, and in that I’ve come to some big realizations about where my path is going.
So, with a heavy heart and lots of excitement for the future, I’ll be closing my photography books indefinitely, beginning February 1st.
For those of you who’ve followed my journey over the years, I picked up a camera on a whim 3 years ago. Less than a year later I became full-time in the art and learned what it meant to work harder than I ever had in my life. Photography has led me to so many of my friends, it has led me to my love, and it has led me to a personal power unlike anything I’d ever known.
Yet, I always knew it wasn’t part of my path. I knew deep in my heart that I wouldn’t do it forever. It wasn’t what the universe had planned for me. And now, it’s time to move on.
You’ll still find me photographing for some of my ride-or-die clients whom I love with my whole heart and for projects that really get me excited. But I’m excited to explore what this space now holds, and all that is to come in its place.
Here’s to taking new risks and making big moves this year. As much as it scares me to take this leap of faith and put my trust in the universe, I am so excited for all that I have planned next.
Thank you to all my clients who have said “yes” to me over the years. You mean more to me than I know, and I hope you’ll stick around so I can continue to serve you in new and more aligned ways.
