Alcuni mi dicono....Ma come fai a mangiare cosí?? Ascoltate....Io adoro mangiare cosí!! Lo trovo molto nutriente, mi prepara alla grande alla giornata e sento di far bene al mio fisico e al mio cervello in quanto mi sento piú attivo e dinamico.
Voi fate quello che reputate piú giusto per la vostra salute....io a 43 anni ho fatto tantissime prove per la mia....e questo é al momento il miglior risultato

Right: first time eating gluten and sugar after the elimination process, still lifting 4 times per week, moving my body 30 minutes each day. I’ve known for 20 years that dairy and I don’t REALLY get along. But wow. The difference after 1 day is insane. •
I used to weigh myself daily (sometimes multiple times a day) and punish myself if I didn’t lose x amount, or if I remained the same. I was constantly chasing a number on the scale (I weigh the same in both pics) and what I’m realizing is that:
1. Feeding your body for fuel is so important
2. It’s great to have a goal but I was constantly chasing a number on the scale and once I get there... then what? Am I going to be happy? Is it what I picture it to look like in my head? I’ve been basing my progress on how my clothes fit and I’ll tell you what- my clothes don’t fit properly and I don’t feel good in the photo on the right. •
Sure I’ll mess up and eat food that doesn’t always provide fuel for my body because well and sometimes it’s nice to just have that second helping of chips or candy. I’ve really needed to keep my goals on the forefront of my mind this week. It’s been challenging. But summer starts in 15 weeks, I’m going to Phoenix in April, Nashville and Vegas in June and I want to feel confident in my swim suits •

what is #intermittedfasting ?
fasting is a natural health improving holistic method which has been practiced throughout human history and is today practiced in some religions including Islam through Ramadan of which some of its purpose is to ‘cleanse the soul’.
Intermittent fasting is when you allow the body to use and get rid of excess food, mucus and similar by simply letting it have time to heal. yes that’s what the body does when you fast - it heals.
the idea is that when we allow the body free time to not be digesting something, the energy the body uses on digesting food, is directed towards digesting something else(fat, mucus, illness) which subsequently allows it to heal you.
when we eat something the body takes time to break this food down and distribute the new nutritions. although our bodies handle multiple tasks at once, digesting and healing can’t happen simultaneously. food digestion is actually a pretty major activity for the body every time you eat. it’s like when you eat a big lunch and go for a run - you’ve ever gotten those stomach cramps in your side? this is due to lack of oxygen; your body needs oxygen to digest food and it needs oxygen to keep up with your increasing heart rate!
it is said that the human body can go 30 days without water before you die, and even longer without food, this might be true. there are multiple people who do 40+ days fasting where they consuming nothing but water and perhaps fruit juices.
this can have great benefit to truly heal an unwanted disease but you MUST skillfully know what you’re doing. the body is in constant change and always adapts to what you consume - or do not consume. going as long as 40+ days without food might make it adapt to no longer accepting solid foods. it can be dangerous and very painful to have to relearn how to digest food, so let’s not go onto those depths.
intermitted fasting is genius as it allows you to eat like normal during day, and set off the most essential healing time to fasting - meaning nighttime while you sleep
