So I decided to switch up my hours for my intermittent fasting and so now I'll be fasting from 3 p.m. to 7 a.m..... through trial and error I discovered that I really don't have to eat dinner breakfast and lunch are my favorites... so this morning I'm doing a Sunnyside Up egg, one sausage and a low carb sandwich roll( its actually only one gram of carb... one of my homegirls made it for me and I'm trying to convince her to start selling them so until she agrees I won't give up my sources)... I also like using extract as opposed to those sugar free coffee syrups ( they just taste too artificial for me)... so this morning I made a buttered rum coffee using coffee, heavy whipping cream, butter and rum extract #KETO#KETOMADEEASY#IF#INTERMITTENTFASTING

Pancakes for lunch 😁 just ended a 16 houres fast and decided to try a new pancake recipe from @wholesomeyumblog ♥️ Usually I don’t like coconut flour because it tends to make things really dry (in my opinion), but I must say I really really really liked this recipe!!!! The taste was delicious a not dry one bit! .
- 2 eggs
- 60g cream cheese - 3 tbsp coconut flour - 2 tbsp heavy cream - 1 tbsp erythritol (I used Sukrin Gold)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract .

Tacos are ALWAYS a good idea to me. I have a sign that says “live, love, tacos” in my kitchen. 🙈 My mom bought me a giant taco blanket for my birthday and a bag that says “makeup fades, tacos are forever.” 😂 My family knows me so well. Tacos are the true way to my heart. ❤️ 🌮
I haven’t posted much lately because it’s been a very long and quite frankly, stressful week. I’ve finally finished what I need to get accomplished (and the things I was dreading) so I went out for tacos and margaritas last night! 🍹 They were so good I decided to make tacos for dinner tonight and do a “copycat” recipe. Chipotle in adobo
I usually cook my own chicken and shred it, but today I decided to take some help from the grocery store and buy pre-made cooked/ shredded chicken. I tossed that with chipotle in adobo sauce and fresh lime juice. If you’re not sure what chipotle in adobo is, they’re basically jalapeños that have been smoked. They have almost a spicy barbecue sauce taste to them? I love them - buy them if you haven’t. 🙌 I next grilled my tortillas. Then I added guac, slaw, the chipotle chicken, pico and cotija cheese to the tortilla. I squeezed on some fresh lime juice and added cilantro. It was great! 😍 I plan to spend the rest of my Saturday laying on my couch, drinking a margarita and finally finishing Sons of Anarchy. Have a great weekend! 💕

Until a few months ago, I had this mental image of big, muscular men whenever I hear the phrase "protein shakes." In my mind, it was a man's drink — something a woman like me trying to lose weight would never, ever need.
Fast-forward to today — I now drink protein shakes on a daily basis.
If you don't already know, here are some top benefits of taking protein supplements:

There’s nothing like the feeling of landing back in NYC after being away for awhile ❤️ I love to travel and had the best time with my friends, but damn am I happy to be home. Anyways, I threw together this kitchen sink bowl before I left to clean out my fridge and I really wish I still had all the fixings to recreate it today...In my bowl:

🙋♀ Eating breakfast is up to you. We have some clients who swerve breakfast to save calories for later & some who don’t.
🔸Personally, if I have overeaten the night before I’ll miss breakfast the next day mainly because I’m not hungry in the morning. 2500 calorie pizza’s do that 😅
🔸If I’m travelling normally lunch & dinner are meals out so again it’s just easier to skip breakfast to free up calories for these meals.
🤤 Some people are really hungry in a morning or just enjoy breakfast and skipping breakfast is a definite no.
We’re not saying one is better than the other they are all just strategies that we can be utilised.

Okay, so even before actually beginning KETO, I’d been following Amna’s insta for quite some time, and playing with the idea of starting KETO for just as long; partly because I lack the willpower to stick to any diet for long, but mostly because the results have always been too slow to appear.
