If you haven’t noticed so far, I really really dig a cool front door! This door is no exception. Not only is it historic but it also matches quite the foyer. And the best part? It’s for sale!

Residents of the to-be-sold towers will be relocated to other public housing and will have first dibs on the new and renovated West Park units when they are complete, agency spokesperson Kirk Dorn said.
The agency does not yet have a budget for the redevelopment project, which will be designed to restore the isolated complex’s connection to Philadelphia’s street grid, Dorn said.
Last month, one of our neighbors down the street broke ground on a house that is over 5000 square feet. You can see some of the footprint of the house here. Next door to their house and across the street are two new houses, each listed for sale at nearly $1.5M
Why buy a house that requires before and after pictures when you can buy the "after". Not just any after but a house zoned to Memorial High School, on a cul-de-sac with easy access to tons of shopping, dining and work options.

This is one of my favorite listings this year. Great location, beautifully updated, huge yard, and it went under contract as soon as it came on the market. Listed and sold simultaneously. Not kidding. The first person in the door last night after us being on the market for 12 hours wrote and offer and got accepted. This wasn’t without some serious muscle work. The seller worked his butt of to get this house ready, we had amazing photos shot of it, and we threw together a Monday night open house that brought in 45(!!!) people. 💯
Wild. But at the end of the day, it worked out beautifully and we have a happy seller and a lucky buyer!
