Još jedno slobodno mesto! 💟 ~Anatomija nežnosti ~
nastavak ciklusa joga radionica

Please join us in wishing our 3rd family a wonderful time away on their respite break.
Special thanks to everyone who kindly donated, to our fundraisers to helping us achieve our goals to helping whole families who have been left no choice but to become carers to their loved ones. Sadly, entire families are often left on their knees with trying to manage severe mesh complications without even any training or support.
Please note that every penny donated is specifically for respite breaks, we are run by volunteers only so that every penny raised helps those who need it the most. So far every referral we have received by Doctors & Social Workers we have been fortunate to be able assist.
If you know of someone who would benefit from a respite break please ask them to get in touch with us, here’s the link: https://www.meshuk.org/respite-breaks/
Much love and best wishes from all the team here at Mesh UK Charitable Trust xoxo

If you can help pls register to donate as little as possible or as more as you can!! Even the tiniest help you can do will make someone’s day ❤️ Posted @withregram • @kindheartedlankans If you have food in your fridge, clothes on your body, a roof over your head and a place to sleep you’re richer than 75% of the entire world.
If you have money in your wallet and can go anywhere you want, you are among 18% of world’s most wealthy people.
If you are alive today and healthy, you are more blessed than the millions of people who will not survive this week and die.
If you can actually read and understand this message, you are more fortunate than the 3 billion people in the world who are blind, deaf or illiterate.
Be thankful for what you have. Your life, no matter how bad you think it is, is someone else’s fairytale 🙏🏽 #Kindheartedlankans#SriLanka#Love#Humanity#Kindness#inspirationalvideos#Inspire#Humans#Happiness#Hope#Children#Future
I think you will agree that, in many ways, we have become a more selfish, self-centered, and, even, meaner society. Many of us rarely go out of our way to help one another without wondering...
“What will I get out of this interaction…behavior…gift?” Companies that we believed were there to help us, have placed more emphasis on the bottom line than on serving the greater good. Even our social media interactions have become cold and often threatening. As a society we appear to be at a breaking point. We will, either, come together in the spirit of kindness or we will completely disappear down the rabbit hole of an “each person for themselves” mentality.
I tend to be an optimist, and there is recent evidence that my optimism is not unfounded. I have witnessed more and more people asking, “What can I do to make a difference in the world?” Forget pay-it-forward or anything about karma. This is just about being nice and good with no expectations of reciprocity or personal gain. Let someone cut ahead of you in line, listen to someone who needs an ear, give a compliment you really mean. Make your default mode one of generosity. It’s a nice way to live and better yet, it’s contagious. “Generosity is exactly this: to give that which is dearest to us. It is an act that transform us.”
~ Piero Ferrucci “The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good." But, remember as my father told me, "I don't give for thank you's, I give for sleep"
Asalamu alaykum, today’s topic is kindess.
Our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, took a great interest in the welfare of all people, no matter the sex, race, nationality, background or religion. He had great compassion for people in trouble. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ imitated the attributes of Allah swt par excellence and translated them into practice in the highest form possible for our ummah. Kindness is an attribute of Allah swt, which knows no limits, this is proven when we are disobedient, when we backbite, lie, miss salah yet allah swt shows us kindess by providing us endless sustenance. It is extensive and encompasses all things and all beings without discrimination. Likewise was the kindness of Muhammad ﷺ. He extended it to all beings, both animate and inanimate and benefited all without measure.
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said "God is kind and likes kindness in all things" (Bukhari, 6601)
Please be kind to one another. We have no idea what they are dealing with. An act of kindness, no matter how big or small is ever wasted. Your creator sees the good you do and will reward you accordingly either in this life or the hereafter when all that we will have to worry is the weight of our good and bad deeds.
May Allah swt embed forgiveness and kindness in our hearts ameen 💚 — explore page? follow me @muslimreminder.s and share with your friends✨
It all happened the way it did because it simply was necessary experiences you had to go through and grow through. Without struggles & hardships you wouldn’t know real happiness, you wouldn’t know empathy, compassion. You wouldn’t even be able to understand yourself, your power, you wouldn’t know the importance of self-love, self-care and you wouldn’t know who you truly are at your core. Forgive. Integrate. Be & love better. ~ @lukasnotes 📔 #mindsetofgreatness

Drop a 💛 for this below👇I’ve lost a few people in my life to cancer and have a few currently fighting it right now. One of my mentors has stage 4 brain cancer. He’s led a spiritual community for 40 years and it was a big shock to us all when he was diagnosed. The most amazing thing is that despite all the pain he’s in, he continues to display ONLY one quality, GRATITUDE! He thanks everyone for their service, their engagement and their dedication even though he is the most dedicated person we know. It’s amazing that this challenge is not stopping him from displaying this wonderful quality! Care for those that are here whilst they are here! Celebrate their growth! Credit Video: @mattdrisc

Comment 1, 2, 3 etc which one you’re working on in 2020👇Don’t stay in the shallow end in life. When you breathe deeply you feel more energy, calm and focus. When you love deeply you experience more joy, meaning and fulfillment. Even if there’s pain there’s growth. Deep conversations are better for our mind studies show we feel more connected. Thinking deeply helps us reflect, introspect and transform our challenges. And serving deeply means our live is complete. Credit @jayshetty
