Being a lash artist takes HARD WORK and a whole lot of time and dedication. I’m talking hundreds of hours practicing and investing in quality education. At times it can be frustrating, so here’s a reminder to my fellow lash friends: keep your head high and let’s keep moving forward! 🥰
WISPY...but keep it NEAT 🧚♀️ I used 10mm-11mm on the inner corners, 14mm mixed wide fans throughout, 16mm closed spikes spread out sporadically to create the wisps, 16mm-17mm on the outer corners to provide a cat eye look 🐱 Styling is definitely a challenge sometimes but with clean application & precise mapping you can DO IT ALL ✨

Just for fun, here’s mine:
My very first set of lashes outside of my course was disastrous to say the least.
After 4 hours of hard work and fighting tears I felt success was reached when I managed to complete about 70% of her natural lashes. Took a long sigh of relief and felt like a boss lash lady. ⠀⠀-
I removed the pads and asked my client to open her eyes, to my surprise, her blonde lashes were not covered as I had assumed (clearly wasn’t checking) and enough lashes were attached to the bottom lid that she couldn’t open her eyes- not just one but two of them! **mortified** ⠀⠀-
I cried and had to remove the entire set right then and there- all that hard work down the drain. I asked her to come back another day for a complimentary full set(of course she didn’t pay for the first either). Believe it or not, she returned, I’m guessing because she felt so bad for me lol (second round went well) ⠀⠀-
That was one hell of a way to learn. I aggressively checked my pads from that day forward- still do (tiny touch of PTSD but we learned🤣🤣) .
