This morning the world woke to find the news that KOBE BRYANT had passed alongside his daughter as they travelled to a basketball game.
Kobe was known as someone that would never give up, undstood the importance of team, mentored others and always had his own mentors, was not shy to ask for help, listen to his coaches and always 100% committed to success.
A family man that adored his wife and children.
He made the steps of success his lifestyle, an unbreakable habit!
We, as many others, are in shock! These moments remind us there is no time to waste!
Koby was such a great influnence on the court but also off the court; determind to be all he could and inspire others.
In reflection we ask ourselves... Are we willing to go beyond enough? Are we willing to push boundaries, make sacrifices for our goals?
Are we willing to ensure the people we surround ourselves with are supporting our journey/goals and also encpurage and support theirs?
Tell the ones you love, that are loved, hug them and be kind!
We pray for his family and friends as they mourn not only the loss of him but his beautiful daughter as well. May they receive healing during this time.

I made this video for LinkedIn, not sure it completely fits here. But why not, it’s content and always better to share it that keeping it for me. Those interested in the vacation rental business might find it useful.
In vacation rentals everything is always about the guest experience but when considering the adoption of smart home technologies, property managers and property owners tend to forget about the guest. They tend to motivate the adoption of smart home technology only with energy or operational efficiency, which brings short term ROI.
A smart home simplifies the life of guests at home and bring also fun. This means guest experience, which although not quantifiable, can have a serious impact on the ROI. Better not to forget about it.
In the video I share my thoughts on this.
PS: And I’m also testing the new title on the video, so I’m curious to see how it fits in Instagram, that’s another reason to publish it 😀
If you are a teacher, are you happy in your job? I mean are you truly happy in what you do every day in the workplace (and a lot of times out of it?) The false perception is that teaching is an easy game to play. Those who know very little about teaching see the few benefits (long and frequent holidays, short working day and reasonably good pay as you go up the ranks.) What they don't see is eloquently written on the poster with a smiling teacher and two adorable, happy children (but are they?). Many teachers do not make it into their sixties! A fair few get out after the first five years and even more take early retirement. One reason that is often offered for giving up teaching is the poor pay for those in the classrooms which barely rises to even meet inflation. The stress of having to jump through hoops to please Senior Leadership Teams (SLT), Local Authority (LA) consultants, Her Majesty's Inspectors (HMI), Ofsted and Central Government is all too painful for many. The pressure that is placed on teachers and teaching assistants is tantamount to cruelty to perform according to the National Curriculum (NC) and get league table results. Is it any wonder that most teachers have little or no social life because most nights they fall into bed exhausted after doing yet more work at home. Unfortunately, inspectors of any persuasion are not seen as helpful at all. Their sole job is to be critical. This jars with teachers who only want to do their best but are put in a position where everything is under immense scrutiny and the easiest of tasks become unbelievably difficult when being scrutinised. I think teaching is one of the professions that most people can connect with as most people went to school. This gives everyone carte blanche to wade in and give their opinions on what is wrong with teaching and teachers. It is always easy to make up a lot of noise when you have very little real knowledge about the teaching profession. Those who have family members who are in the teaching profession can see the weight that they put on themselves to give their very best but in vain. #teachers#learn#education#eaching assistants #schools#supplyteachers

◽What Is a Coronavirus⁉️
Coronaviruses were first identified in the 1960s, we don't know where they come from. They get their name from their crown-like shape.
But in early January 2020, the World Health Organization identified a new type: 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in China &other countries.
Most coronaviruses spread the same way other cold-causing viruses do: through infected people coughingand sneezing, by touching an infected person's hands or face, or by touching things such as doorknobs that infected people have touched.
◽Common Symptoms of Coronavirus :
The symptoms of most coronaviruses are similar to any other upper respiratory infection, including runny nose, coughing, sore throat, and sometimes a fever. In most cases, you won't know whether you have a coronavirus or a different cold-causing virus( rhinovirus.)
You could get lab tests to find out whether your cold was caused by a coronavirus, but there's no reason to. The test results wouldn't change how you treat your symptoms, which typically go away in a few days.
But if a coronavirus infection spreads to the lower respiratory tract (your windpipe and your lungs), it can cause pneumonia, especially in older people, people with heart disease, or people with weakened immune systems.
◽What to Do About Coronavirus:
There is no vaccine for coronavirus. To help prevent a coronavirus infection, do the same things you do to avoid the common cold:
▪️Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water or with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
▪️Keep your hands and fingers away from your eyes, nose, and mouth.
▪️Avoid close contact with people who are infected.
▪️You treat a coronavirus infection the same way you treat a cold:
▪️Get plenty of rest.
▪️Take over-the-counter medicine for a sore throat and fever. But don't give aspirin to children or teens younger than 19; use ibuprofen or acetaminophen instead.
▪️A humidifier or steamy shower can also help ease a sore and scratchy throat.
If you get sick, treat your symptoms immediately and contact a doctor if they get worse .🙏
Biodegradable/compostable coffee cups are a great alternative to plastic. HOWEVER, only at the right temperature and in correct conditions are they able to properly break down. Landfill will NOT provide these conditions and these products become NO different there.
PLA plastics are a plant-derived material used in food packaging. While these plastics are advertised as biodegradable, compostable and even recyclable, it’s only in the ideal environment that they are able to live up to their label ♻️ .
Biodegradable does NOT mean compostable. DEGRADABLE means the product is (usually) petroleum based and breaks down into micro plastics after exposure to heat, UV light and moisture. BIODEGRADABLE requires similar conditions (add involvement from micro organisms) but breaks down at a faster rate- into micro plastics... COMPOSTABLE PRODUCTS (usually) are NOT made from petroleum and COMPLETELY break down with help from bacteria, fungi, heat, moisture and oxygen. BUT only in the IDEAL environment are they able to do so.
Know the facts 🤘🏽 know about the products you are surrounded by 🖤 do your best 👍🏽 - be conscious and wise up 🤩.
Why 2 fingers? The answer is easy. The bowstring has less pressure on it at full draw than any other time of the cycle. Any variation in release, hand 🖐 or string/loop manipulation is magnified. By having less fingers on the release you have less ability to change the angle or rocker position. The best of the best train vigorously to be accurate with 3-4 finger releases. I argue a wrist strap is more accurate that a 4 finger release when shot properly. Less fingers equals less opportunity for mistakes. I am more consistent with less mistakes when i can’t change rocker or release angle. Less fingers makes that happen. If shoot a trad bow with 3-4 fingers and change the pressure of each finger does it change impact? OF COURSE IT DOES! I practice what I preach and what I know works. Releases are a personal item and some certainly feel better to one person vs another but the TRUTH to accuracy is found in the many many many years of mistakes I’ve made. Whether you shoot a trigger, tension or hinge a have proven to myself I’m more accurate with only 2 fingers. #schoolofnock#learn#nockonnation@psebows@killcliff@yeti@hecsstealthscreen@sitkagear@freerangeamerican@ragebroadheads@blackriflecoffee@nockturnalnocks@stealthcamgsm@eastonarchery@rowleywhite_r@traegergrills
OOH-AHH! This is the footage of YOON JI's HIPHOP challenge although i didn't dance well!😂 It was my first time participating in the hip-hop female side in the @whassupdoc_my where I had such a happy time and learned a lot, and I was honored to dance with great dancers. I still have to practice and learn but I also wanted to keep this because it was a moment when I got up my courage for this year's goal of learning and challenging all style dances!💪🏻
