M U S T for me when it’s a hamstring leg day. I always try to split my leg days into two different days so I can focus on two muscle categories at a time. All of these can be modified as well, with or without the resistance band. ————————————————————— ◾️WORKOUT◼️
▫️RDL into Banded Sumo squat 4 sets X 15 reps
▫️BB Front Sumo Squat w/ pulse 4 sets X 15 reps
▫️DB Banded Romanian Deadlift 4 sets X 15 reps

DO YOU HAVE ROUNDED SHOULDERS?😱
To know if you have rounded shoulders there are two things you can do, stand up straight and let someome check if your shoulders are behind or infront your ears, if they are infront they are probably rounded. Another thing you can do is check where your hand palm points when you are standing as normal. You want your palm to points towards you if it points behind you thats a sign of posture problem probably.🤯
To fix this you want to strengthen your back muscles and stretch your chest and shoulders. When we sit infront of computer our shoulder is rounded forward making our shoulder and chest super tight.This pulls the shoulder blade forward💥
So since the chest and shoulder is so thight we have to stretch these aswell as strengthening the back to pull your shoulder blades back into a neutral position👍🏻

Saturday training ✔️ With a team of badass women ✔️ Rising early and training before work, hitting the gym after a long days work or getting out of bed on a Saturday morning becomes so much easier when you have a team of wonderful people around you to encourage and push you. Find your tribe and feel the positivity and fulfilment - it will become the best part of your day and something you bounce out of bed for and look forward to 💙
This exercise is straight awesome, if you haven't run this through a phase you should. It breaks up the monotony of bilateral exercises and you look strong AF. It helps overload the front leg with assistance from the back leg to help through weaker ranges. The rear leg also helps lateralize into the front hip if you know how to do it, which is very helpful.
Get strong at these and you'll reduce lower body injury while building some robust legs.
My goal is to get to 225+lbs for reps on this phase, so let's go.

My favorite part about working out with @cevansfit is that he pushes me past my limits, but also celebrates me everytime I finish my set 😍

Took a nice walk to @blackironbarbellclub. Had a fun time training with my friend today. This was my first experience, outside my own gym it felt good to get outside my normal. .
.4 x 10 then into some core work and back extensions. .
Eine turbulente aber sehr schöne Woche ist vorbei. Gleich zwei große Geburtstage (siehe meine story) haben wir ausgiebig und fröhlich gefeiert 😄

Normalerweise ist der Januar ja einer meiner beiden Hass-Monate. Aber dieses Jahr fange ich echt an, mit ihm Freundschaft zu schließen. Er strengt sich aber auch wirklich an, mir zu gefallen 😅😍
