I GET to be busy today
I GET to work out today
I GET to go to work today
I GET to work on my side business today
I GET to chill dafuq out today
We often dress our tasks as burdensome stresses, but they are actually beautiful opportunities — whose INTENTION matters.
Sounds fluffy af lol, but really
⭐️Getting to go to uni: you are intentionally LEARNING
⭐️Getting to be busy: you are intentionally involving yourself in cool TANGS
⭐️Getting to work out: you are intentionally putting aside daily time to work on your health & self confidence
⭐️ Getting to work: you are intentionally pursuing a career that will progress you
⭐️Getting to work on your side hustle business: you are intentionally sacrificing short term random scrolling/Netflix time to give you CHOICES in the future
⭐️ Getting to chill out: you are intentionally unwinding & treating yourself
💃🏻So in the midst of all these “yooo I have so much to do” freakouts I’m sometimes just like: alright dude lets calm the eff down, take a step back and look at the bigger picture of WHY im putting effort into doing what I’m doing
👏🏼That group project may feel frustrating, but you’ve gained leadership skills & knowledge from the experience
👏🏼That gym sesh may feel bleh to get through at times, but you wouldn’t have come so far with your strength and confidence had you not pushed through those initial bleh feelings for the last 6 months
👏🏼Working on that side hustle website may be easiest to say “I’ll do it tomorrow” — but today is as good as any hun, be consistent.
If you remind yourself of the daily PURPOSE & INTENTION of your daily actions — you stop relying on motivation to do them at all. Nowhere got to where they’re at because they were “motivated” — it’s because they were consistent.
KEEP THAT HEAD HIGH and keep goin my dudes,
because remember that we genuinely don’t HAVE to do any of these things, at all.

Good morning Prospros. There is a reason we post meditations on Mondays and its not just for the alliteration. Mondays are usually considered the first day of the week.
