I could sense tears welling up in my eyes halfway through today’s workout.

1 an déjà que le nombre 50 fait partie de notre vie... depuis le 20/09/2018...
Il y a un an jour pour jour, je faisais la signature la plus importante de ma vie... un engagement important qui marque la continuité de notre vie à 2... Mon homme, mes proches (famille et amis) savent ô combien il m'a fallu du temps de cicatrisation et de remise en question, pour pouvoir sauter le pas... chasser les vieux démons n'a pas été chose évidente... mais j'ai réussi... 🙌
Travailler ma confiance en moi, et apprendre à avancer sans avoir la crainte de se casser encore la gu.... (il reste un peu de travail je ne vous le cache pas... 😯) Oui... aimer et s'engager dans une histoire d'amour est un risque... mais si on ne prend pas ce risque... la vie est triste... non... Pour être transparente... l'hypnothérapie a été pour moi une aide précieuse également... J'ai signé... je l'aime... je me sens bien dans notre chez nous... et c'est le principal!

I won’t show you the front of it, because it’s a gift, but here’s another one of my Marinescapes mugs. Also, I have a question: what is your favorite mug size? I’ve been making them pretty large recently, but I wonder if that’s a good thing? I personally stick to 8-10oz max in my kitchen, but I just assumed that most people want bigger mugs 🤔🤷🏻♀️
I always look forward to my Sundays which usually start off with my cup of
J☕️e at any of the numerous cafes in the city.
Many of my patients ask me about my thoughts on coffee. There have been many opinions on the effects of coffee on health.
Recent research studies have shown some benefits of coffee including a possible decrease in risk of developing Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Type II Diabetes, and liver disease/cancer in males. Low consumption may also improve cognitive function. Coffee has also been known to be high in vitamins and antioxidants.
Some research has also shown that there may be ill effects as well with greater caffeine intake. There are studies that have highlighted that caffeine can affect bone density and exacerbate joint symptoms associated with arthritis.
Future research still needs to be done to examine the long term effects of coffee on health.

Hello 30! Lots of people feel a bit of sadness when they reach their milestone and they feel their youth is coming to an end. I personally love it and I feel it’s a beautiful age to grow into. I feel young, ambitious, and full of life. It does kind of sound like “get your shit together” age. I feel the good and the bad of the world has all been there for a reason to get me to where I am today. If you are above 30 what’s your life advice? And if you’re below 30 what would you hope has changed by the time you’re 30, or what’s your advice? I do believe age is just a some of us are 40 and haven’t learned anything and some of us are 18 and have learned plenty of amazing lessons?
