Logically, you need to drink enough water. Enough means more than you lose during the night (around 1.5l) and during the day.
The amount varies from person to person, so instead of putting up a formula, it's easy to start with hitting 3+ liters a day. You can cross check it with the urine chart I posted a few days ago.
For business hydration through the day means having higher energy levels and helping your brain to function properly.
Also for business - Being hydrate also helps fighting bad breath (your prospects and customers hate it).
For the body, hydration has an effect on your weight loss. Drinking enough can suppress your appetite. How would you feel losing weight effortlessly just by drinking water?
Implementation - Once you get up, hydrate yourself with 0.5 liters of water. For the taste, add 1/2 lemon.
To keep yourself accountable, set up a reminder to drink water every hour and place the water at the place you stay the most. For me, it's just on the right side of my desk.

When coaching my clients, I teach these simple meal prepping tips:⠀
1️⃣ Plan and write down your meals ahead of time. ⠀
2️⃣ From these meals, make a specific shopping list with ONLY the ingredients you need. *You will stay on budget using this list*⠀
3️⃣ Pick one block of time you will prep in ~ this is usually 1-2 hours. This will be the majority of your prepping time. During this time you will prep ALL your veggies and/or meal. ⠀

While I’m no fan of fast weight loss Last week I challenged myself to be able to lose 5 pounds in 5 days & I did it! *DISCLAIMER i wanted an outfit to fit better on me this is the ONLY reason why I did it. Please don’t try and resort to quick fixes as a means to lose weight** How did I do it ?
1. Ate NO MEAT.
2. Ate NO CARBS
3. Drunk 64 ounces of water every day
4. Intermittent fasted two days out the week
5. No eating after 7:00pm
6. Drunk some magnesium citrate to clean out my digestive system
7. Did 30 min HIIT exercises twice a day for 3 days and 20 min walks for the other two days.
The things we will do for an outfit chile! This was def a challenge but honestly I FEEL so much better cleansing myself from meat I think I could do it more often.

Losing weight is one thing... but how can you make sure that you’re actually losing FAT when you’re in a calorie deficit? 🤔
