Hi! My name is Allan and I’m a Zebra shark.🦈You don’t have to fear me as I'm not aggressive to humans. I'm pretty peaceful, for a shark and I also don't have many predators. Maybe you can guess, who is my biggest predator?🔫
It's you, humans.🕵️♂️ My species is considered Endangered worldwide by IUCN and we are mostly hunted, because of our meat, fins and liver oil.👎 Would you like to know more about me? Just let me a comment down below.

Frogfish come in all different shapes and colors. They are unable to change their color quickly, instead it takes place over several weeks. In places where coral bleaching is happening they are even found in ghostly white. It’s sad but cool that they can adapt even to unfavorable situations.

@magentaoceans: A beautiful moment when a sleeping mamma gently brings her baby to the surface. Look close and you can see her eye is still closed. She's a conscious breather, she has to come to the surface for air every 20 minutes or so.
She sleeps by shutting down half her brain at a time, allowing her to be in semi conscious state of rest while still being alert enough to emerge for air.
Her rest is vital here in the breeding grounds as she is fasting and nursing her calf.
Her calf can consume up to 500 litres of milk a day.
This mother needs to conserve energy where she can in order to have the strength for her migration South to the feeding grounds of Antarctica.
