Two weeks until Halloween and I’m still like but where did September go?? Our porch is ready even if we aren’t. Halloween is huge in our neighborhood. We get hundreds and hundreds of trick-or-treaters. It’s awesome!
Do you pass out candy or take your kids trick or treating?

Easiest way to decorate for Halloween - Add bats and done.
Our reading/Lego building corner got spooked.
@andeelayne always has the best Halloween decor and her bats were the winner, not too scary but scream Halloween. #honeybeefamhalloween
We don't usually decorate for Halloween, we mostly do a "fall theme" but the kiddo wanted a hint of scary. So here it is.

HEY....BOO 👻....seriously though how cute is this Halloween themed ghost shirt from @simplysoutherncollection , the little ghost are made of sequins 😍So much cuteness in stores including some super soft and cuddly sherpas and knit pullovers in fun fall colors. I am definitely in love with fall at Simply Southern 🍁 the link in my profile also, has details on the pumpkin print which is also, sequined and equally adorable 🎃

Just have to take it back to last year and one of my favorite Halloween looks. I couldn’t decide on BW or color.
Which do you like best?
Do you love Halloween?
I absolutely love it!
I also love scary stuff? Do you?💀
Capri and I have been doing some drawing today with @artforkidshub. You should totally check them out if you have a little one age 5+. We have so much fun learning to draw together. I’ve also been outside most of the morning taking in the slightly cooler temps. This is the last week of fall break for the kids so we have some fun things planned this week.
October, YAY! Let the fun begin! 🎃🕸🍂🖤🧡💀👻 So excited for the weather, sitting by our new fireplace in the evenings, snuggles, sweaters, boots, scarves, Halloween, pumpkin patches, and Hocus Pocus on repeat!
This is the latest I’ve started my fall decorating in awhile. I usually start with our front porch and work my way in. I rarely decorate for Halloween, but the kids love it SO much I decided to add some spooky touches. Cayson especially looooves Halloween. He’s been to the Halloween store a solid 7 times this season and when he’s not there he’s watching other kids visiting the store on YouTube. 👻
When Halloween is over, I’ll take down the bats and webs and this can easily transition to Fall.
Stay tuned for more deets on my DIY ‘hey boo’ door mat. So easy!
It’s October 1st!!! 😈 Who else busted out their Halloween decor already?! I swear it doesn’t matter what I do or how much I have, I always feel like I need more spooky decor or more kid friendly to keep things balanced 😂
Anyhoo, my front porch smells like cinnamon broom sticks thanks to @traderjoes and I linked the rest of my front porch decor on @liketoknow.it so take a screenshot to see my new favorite spooky doormat because again, balance and options 😂
Unlike most girls who dreamed of being a Disney Princess, I thought Edward Scissorhand’s castle was dreamy?⠀
Tell me I’m not the only one? 🤣⠀
We all know I’m obsessed with Christmas, but I also love Tim Burton and Halloween! ⠀
I have a tiny stash of Tim Burton movies, books.... and even went to a pop up exhibit at MoMa & symphony at Lincoln Center that played Danny Elfman’s music from the movies 🎼⠀
Oh and if you are near NYC, there’s a pretty cool bar called @beetlehousenyc if you’re a weirdo like me! ⠀
Anyways... if you dig the bats, they are linked here! #ltkhome#halloweendecor#halloweendecorations#timburton http://liketk.it/2FfVr

As you all know, I decorated for Halloween for the first time EVER this year, and I can't believe I waited this long to do it! I went for a whimsical, magical, not-so-spooky theme, and I think I got it just right.
Check out how my sweet friend @lisammaloy styled our printable in her daughter's room! She even raw cut to fit it in a square frame! So creative!
I believe every person should be reminded how absolutely bootiful they are! This is a great way to do just that this season!
Can't decide the scariest part of this photo: the Halloween decorations, the frightening number of dead flowers (why do u hate me????), or my subpar parenting skills (no toddlers were harmed in the making of this photo, but a LOT of window clings were) 🦇👻🎃🕸💀 @liketoknow.it#liketkit http://liketk.it/2F4Nb #LTKhome#LTKunder50#LTKfamily#ltkhalloween
For my family, Halloween was our THING. My mom would go above and beyond to scare the wits out of us, including sending us to scream Bloody Mary down the streets, to the heart quenching thrills of watching Goosebumps, to learning how to flip our eyelids, or cackling as my mom and my older sister spent the week prank calling each other!
Halloween was always a treat coupled with millions of tricks, where we flirted with gruesome masks to cutesy dresses or fangs or witches brews.
Halloween, is a throwback to good times with my family. My sisters, my brothers, my Mom, my cousins, my play cousins, god brothers/sisters, and just having the best fun everrrrr.
Today, in honor of my sister, I plan to prank call my mom. Just don’t tell her LOL ... I’m also planning a good one for April’s Fools Day, cuz that’s a serious one for my family too!
HAPPY HALLOWEEEEEEN, EVERYONE!!! 🎃☠️🕷 // It’s my very favorite day of the year and I’m SO excited to share this year’s couple costume: Alice & The White Rabbit in Zombieland 🧟♀️ I love this spooky take on a typically adorable costume. Special thanks to @whcostumes for providing our KILLER costumes 🙌🏻 Let me know in the comments below what you will be dressing up as this year! ⬇️
