Starting with the lovely gal on the left, Pralima is a native of Nepal who started this meditation in Boston back in 2009 and never looked back. She found answers to all her burning questions and for the past 5 years has lent a very compassionate ear as a meditation guide and confidant to the lives of those around her in the Bay Area.✨
To her right is her husband, Won, a native of South Korea, this hard working guide and part time drum teacher has been championing this meditation method for over 15 years!!! When you need direction he’ll always point the way. ✨
Behind Won is Nicky, the newest member to the team. This nomad from Hawaii Island happened to stumble upon this meditation after many years of searching. A year ago she embarked on a journey to this meditation’s main center in Korea that would change her life. As a guide she hopes to help other travelers looking for bluer skies and a brighter destination. ✨
Behind her is Gracia, a member of this center for over 6 years, self-improvement mascot, and part time guide from El Salvador. Humble, loving, and always bright, she’s guaranteed to put a smile on your face and warmth in your heart! In the back are friends and family from our Santa Clara center. Students looking for a change in pace leading up to finals week were able to peacefully unwind at Night of Relaxation, held at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center Wednesday night. 🧘♀️ 🧘♂️ The event, hosted by Associated Students Inc. Beach Balance, is offered twice a year to help students combat stress as the semester comes to a draw. Yoga instructor Jessi McMaster lead about 30 students to an hour and a half of yoga and a guided meditation event.
