I've written a lot of posts with hints and tips to help you reduce stiff muscles and relieve tension yourself. But all in all a massage is a nice quick way of getting those results. Why not start off with a massage to get started and start to feel better.

E S S E X S O U N D S 🎤📻 So last night I did something I never thought I would do in a million years. I talked live on @bbcessex about blogging. It was very surreal for me and I was honoured to have been asked to go on. My blog is something I’ve built myself and put a lot of time and energy into so it was amazing to have been asked! I wasn’t going to post this picture as I hate how I look at the minute, but equally, I am proud of how far I’ve come since starting my blog and the achievements I’ve made along the way 🙌🏻💪🏻🤛🏻 I’ve posted the link in my bio if anyone fancies a listen!

THE WAIT IS OVER.. landing tomorrow is our Christmas special YULE HOG 🐽 We surveyed all 989 of our insta followers (please let us hit 1K by Christmas 🤞🏼) and the overwhelming majority wanted to see pigs in blankets on a Christmas pizza. So here we are.. pigs in blankets, stuffing and cranberry jam. If you're coming out tomorrow for Mersea Lights Up and plan on joining us, sling us an early order or book a table because we're expecting to be B.U.S.Y. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas 😍
Christmas time is tough we know. Our top tips for the festive season..... 🎄🎅🎄 🎄 -Schedule in your workouts, the weekend before, the start of the week...they can easily fall on the to-do later pile when we have so much fun activities to fit in over the festive period. 🎄 - Water, easily lost during the winter months, keep it going. Hate cold water in the cold weather? Ramp up the herbal teas or even hot water and lemon..keep the hydration. You still need to be hydrated cold weather or not! 🎄 - Count your weekends. It's easy to be strict in the week and enjoy yourself over the weekend, and as Friday we start to relax, that turns into 3/7 days. Pretty much half of the week. So...socialise sure, have fun sure, but you could have one mince pie instead of 2 and 3 glasses of wine... you could get 2 courses instead of 3, you could drink a glass of water between each wine. There are ways to make it enjoyable but manageable, so you can get to the end of the weekend not feeling like you've lost your progress! .
This way you can enjoy your weekend and your progress at the same time! 🎅🙏

This is so me.
It's impossible to explain how much it means to small businesses when you buy from them. We really do 'do a little jig' (although it's always when no one is watching, as we don't want to come across too crazy 🤪 🤣)
Thank you to everyone who is and will be buying local this Christmas and throughout the year. Coming from all small businesses, we truly appreciate your custom. 💙
Sunset on The Strood, Mersea Island. Unedited. Too good to miss tonight.
If you're ever feeling blue, then think of this.
If you're ever seeing red, then remember this
If you're ever green with envy, know this is yours
And if you're in the pink, well, this is for you too.

In practice this week we work with the element of fire 💥 The fire element is all about cultivating intention, motivation and momentum. Sometimes we can feel a little de-flated, uninflsted, maybe even a little sluggish and lazy...
This fire practice works to re-ignite your spark! 💫
Physically this week we will work with a lot of twists. Twists and with detoxification. By massaging internal organs and providing relief for backs by lubricating disks and maintaining mobility. 🙌
We will also be working with the CORE. Fundamental for a healthy body, and healthy back. We will find postures that invigorate the core, helping to stoke the flame. 🔥🔥
Look forward to seeing you on the mat. .
Remember, if you are not currently attending classes, drop ins are available for the last 2 weeks of 2019 classes.
Over the Rainbow 🌈 These beach huts on Mersea Island Beach are still hands down the prettiest ones I've ever seen and I low key wish I could buy a pink one 😍 Did you know it's notoriously difficult to buy a beach hut in the UK as they rarely go up for sale? I expect these ones will be even harder to get a hold of because they're so lovely 😊 I spent the day at work today then shot a campaign in a field and had my bum bitten to death by red ants 😂 The things I do for the feed 😅 How's your day going?

Just look at those chubby legs!!! (And George’s!) we had such a nice morning over at Mersea... Ceiron is only back for one day so we went for a little breakfast at the Waterfront Bistro. While we ate, George flirted with the waitresses. Then had a little walk along the beach, which was nice until we sat down & George started to cry cause we wouldn’t let him eat the stones. I know right, such mean parents🥴
So lucky to have this beautiful scenery just 15 mins from our house. 😍
Obviously I used our @miamilybabycarriers baby carrier which is the comfiest thing ever for me, and doesn’t hurt my back in the slightest👏🏼 for sure one of my favourite non-walking-baby must haves, and it’s so nice to have him chatting away in my ear 🥰
Oh man I am just grateful x infinity for days like these .... AD|Gift
