We busted out the Tuesday Night cookbook on a Sunday again. This one was the Spanish potatoes and eggs with onions and chorizo recipe. The eggs are supposed to just cook so that they make an eggy sauce. This was the first time I've tried Spanish chorizo; I'm not quite sure what I think of it. Fregola with Shrimp and Tomatoes, recipe from the current issue of @177milkstreet, is what’s for dinner tonight! Cooking the fregola in the seafood broth imparted SO much flavor and there was a really nice balance of vegetable to shrimp in this recipe!
