An over the top Tiki drink would fit nicely in this category. I’m in love with Tiki, that’s true, but I wanted to use this opportunity to twist up one of the cocktail world’s darlings, the Negroni. So why not twist it in a very Tiki way, Lightly aged Rum, Strawberry Balsamic Shrub, Sweet Vermouth and Tiki Bitters Float. Garnished with Lemon and Popcorn Shoots. These flavors will through you around the room but are also bright and wonderfully complex. The colors are also striking, making this cocktail look as elegant as it is interesting. Since the Negroni was named after Count Camillo Negroni, I’ll name this one after Rastaman Bob Marley.

Is there any more iconic combo than Amaretto and Coffee? This time I spared the cream and kept it light. This spiked cold brew uses Il Tramonto Amaretto, in addition to Calvados and a touch of simple syrup to add a bit of fruitiness to a standard cold brew. For those of you new to amaretto, it's an Italian liqueur made from almonds, apricot stones, or other similar ingredients to make a sweet Liqueur. It's meant for sipping straight, which means like many other strong flavored liqueurs a little goes a long way. Just a half ounce of this is enough to lace the whole drink with a lot of amaretto flavor. And despite being sweet on its own it helps to round it out with some simple but the overall combination is pretty delicious. There's a subtle nose of cherry, the coffee gits first and then the amaretto comes in at the finish, paired well with the subtle fruitiness of the Calvados. This is my first day back to work after getting Ripley, so i could use one of these to calm my nerves.
Amaretto & Cold Brew Cocktail
2–4 oz Caffe Vita Holiday Blend (18hr Cold Brew)
1 oz Calvados
1/2 oz Il Tramonto Amaretto
1/4 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
Mixed in glass over ice and garnished with a brandied cherry.

The Midori Sour
This one is an emblem of 1970s excess: sweet, bright and just about what you would expect from a cocktail whose chief ingredient celebrated its debut at New York City's Studio 54. Most versions disguise the melon flavors of the Midori with corn syrup and a rich sour mix. This recipe, mixed with fresh-squeezed fruit juices and topped with soda water, brings the drink dancing into the 21st century.
It's a light twist on the recipe because of the used pineapple juice which adds a certain caribbean and tropical flavour to the drink. .
I'm a bit disappointed by the outcome of the drink when I realised I could have placed a cocktail cherry as a contrast on the drink. So it's just a poisoness green infront of a white background. Hope it's fine. .
glass: tumbler or rocks glass .
- fill the shaker with some ice cubes .
- 5 cl @midori_uk melon liqueur .
- 2 cl fresh squezzed lime juice .
- 2 cl fresh squezzed lemon juice
- 1 cl sugar syrup .
- add a splash of pineapple juice .
- shake well and strain into the tumbler filled with crushed ice .
- top off with a splash of soda water .
Garnish with a lemon wedge and some pineapple leaves or a cocktail cherry
