"The Snatch common mistake is Pulling Too Early.
The main problem is that pulling too early in the snatch will fatigue grip as well as the upper back.
What does it mean “pulling too early”? It means you start the acceleration pull before the kettlebell has passed through the legs.
How to correct this mistake? Practice, practice and more practice not only in snatch but also in swings to understand the time when you should use acceleration pull.
When is right time for using accommodation pull? You should wait until the bell comes to just below hip level and pull the bell up. Not only should you feel your back in this phase, but also you legs should be in work.
