I’m not letting you leave out this year without getting your first or next real estate deal. Real estate has retired my wife and I 32 years earlier then expected.
Real estate has afforded us time freedom and financial freedom and this is a feeling I want everyone to have.

BUY, REHAB, RENT, REFINANCE, REPEAT is the name of the game to scale your portfolio exponentially. This is 1 strategy that I enjoy. I also added a few other helpful videos as you continue to build on your generational wealth journey.
Here’s a little snippet of some game I’m recording for a secret project. Here’s 1 video of over 100. But the concept is simple take all your extra earned income and save it to invest into real estate and continue to repeat the process until your passive income exceeds your job income then you can leave your job. ( I would also invest heavy in your self education learning about finances and real estate. I’ll keep this up temporary so enjoy.

I love my singles but I love my multi family buildings because I can increase my cash flow and mitigate risk by having multiple tenants in 1 location. So if one family doesn’t pay my overhead will still be covered by the other family. If the family decides not to pay in my single now I would be responsible for covering that overhead.
