THE NOURISHED MAMA PROGRAM IS NOW AVAILABLE!
You only need to head over to my website and get started. Yay!!! This program comes from the bottom of my heart. I didn’t have it easy for the first 8 months after having my bundle of joy. I was anxious, always tired and exhausted, and I was dealing with an autoimmune condition that I developed after giving birth.
It wasn’t an easy time of my life, and I didn’t know where to go and what to do. I had little or no support, my family lives overseas, my friends had babies and the one that didn’t have babies were focusing on their journeys. Doctors weren’t helpful, and I couldn’t find anything online to get me out of the rabbit hole I was lost in.
By applying all the tips that I share in the 6 week online-based “Nourished Mama Program”, I got myself back on track; the anxiety disappeared, the energy returned and the pain slowly faded away. Obviously there still are days where I just want to sit in the couch and read a book, but that’s ok, as we are all human.
If you are interested to find out:
🍀How to Nourish and heal your Postpartum Body
🍀How to Decrease anxiety and have energy also after a sleepless night

The “Nourished Mama Program” is the perfect fit for you.
Our beautiful Congrats range available, making the perfect addition to a gift pack or as is to someone celebrating something special 🥳

My husband surprised me with a psychic at yesterday’s baby shower and she had me in tears within minutes. “You are afraid to make mistakes.” She said. “So you always make sure to do everything yourself and you never ask for help. You know, people need to be needed.”
She’s isn’t wrong. yesterday @phil_i_am11 and I had to lean on our friends in a huge way and ask for more help than we are used to, mainly because our west coast shower was at our home. Our friends came over early, rolled up their sleeves and did EVERYTHING they could to help us, from grilling to flower placement. Nearly five hours later, we had a party any magazine would have been proud to feature. .
I feel like this was a final lesson of sorts for me. Doing everything yourself doesn’t make you anymore independent and unburdening people doesn’t make their load any lighter. Needing people and letting people help and love on you is a way of showing folks that you trust them enough to do for you. That you can do it all yourself...but you trust that they can help and maybe even morph the whole project into something cooler and better. If you are always giving you don’t leave any space for them to give. People need you to take in order to give you their love. Asking for help is a simple form of respecting the reciprocity that allows friendship to work. And at the end...you simply say thank you. Thank you, sweet friends. ❤️

Happy Monday ♥ I've had a busy few days and I feel like I've driven all over Melbourne! From Surrey Hills to Abbotsford to Plumpton and today I'm heading out to Lorne for a family session 😴. If you’re expressing milk, there’s one very important thing you’ll need (apart from a great pump, of course!) – storage… and this week we’ve got a little gift for you at the checkout! 🛒🎁

No codes – no need to add the extra tray to cart, just grab two and we’ll take care of the gift at our end 💝
When you’re storing milk, it should be treated like the liquid gold that it is – keep it away from plastic that can leach harmful chemicals, and opt for a safer choice! 🌿🥛

Had such a lovely weekend away at the Sunshine Coast with our family, it was our last weekend away with family before our new addition arrives! ☀️⠀
On another note, I’m 37 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I’m so ready to get this baby out 🤷🏽♀️ Feeling incredibly heavy and sore now, any day would be great!
We're flooding you with excitement because we're stoked about setting up Ofelia's nursery and her crib will be here on Tuesday and WE ARE SO EXCITED, NO U CALM DOWN.
We did a little painting and moved stuff around to make room for our tiny creation.
We've also managed to binge watch movies, ate our own bodyweights in gravy and now we are just going to simmer and play something together because she isn't due for another 23 weeks. 😂

Don’t let those first trimester symptoms tie you to your bed. Get up, freshen up, and capture how your amazing body is changing in order to nurture a little human. .
Digital Pregnancy Milestone Cards available at www.pregnancyclock.com!
We were keen to create and design a ‘planning pregnancy’ journal which included daily space for you to practice daily journaling. Why? Because daily journaling has several benefits for your overall health, but particularly for your emotional health. When you are self-aware it is easier for you to develop a deep relationship with your body; thus understanding how it works and what is affecting it...Trying to become pregnant can be a very stressful journey, but bear in mind that our emotions are highly interconnected to the functionality of our body, for example you uterus is like a sponge, it absorbs a lot of your emotional stuff.
Daily journaling has been one of the most used methods to develop self-awareness and develop a positive and gratitude attitude.

Beautiful Words of @mariah.coffey and her Pregnancy journey so far || yesterday I woke up with the itch to see our baby girl again, so Ian and I made our way over to a local ultrasound clinic and spent the better part of watching Baby Bean wiggle, kick, and play with her hands ❥ when we got home, I couldn’t wait to journal everything about the experience, which is where “Already: A Blossoming Journey” came in handy! the generous team over at @pregnancyclock sent over this journal to help me celebrate every step of this pregnancy, and y’all, this is the best quality baby journal I have seen! not only do they break it down by trimester and week, but you can log info for each day - your emotions, symptoms, cravings, etc. there are sections to record doctor appointments, insert photos of your growing bump or baby...there are exciting milestone reminders, information about what you might be experiencing, & so much more!! I only wish I had heard about this journal before I got pregnant! in fact, they have another edition, “Planning: A Blossoming Journey”, meant for those trying to get pregnant, that helps you track important personal information, emotions, etc. if you’re a momma-to-be, trying to conceive, or know any mommas who would love to journal their conception or pregnancy journeys, you need to check out @pregnancyclock! trust me when I say, you definitely won’t regret this one ❥

One year ago, I was carrying around this big ole belly and taking all the pictures. Not gonna lie, my Instagram game was strong and I was all about some photo ops 😅 I take a lotttt of pictures all the time (ask my dear husband) and I never regret having the chance to look back on particular moments or memories BUT I also know that I always feel a little let down and bummed out around the holidays. Instagram is a place that makes it seem like everyone is off having magical adventures and I’m just elbow deep trying to SURVIVE. My every day does not look like pumpkin patches and pumpkin themed photos and matching Halloween costumes, and yours probably doesn’t either. So all the best photos you see that you compare yourself to- it is someone’s job to create that content. And they are good at it! But remember that it is not their every day, in the trenches, tired AF moments. Don’t let someone’s highlight reel make your treasured moments feel any less bright.
