@myswitzerland@visitswitzerland - Even when it’s overcast and drizzling, you’re still beautiful. When you don’t want to brave the mud, there are plenty of road trails to run on. If you’re in Mürren, start from the train station and run alongside the train tracks on Ägerten past Winteregg to Grütschalp, which is roughly an 8km run (return trip with some elevation). Alternatively, take the gondola down to Stechelberg and run along In der Bletschen towards Lauterbrunnen. If you get the chance to stop, check out Trümmelbachfälle (€11 entry fee) or the Staubbachfall waterfalls. And finally, make a stop at the @cafeairtime for some pastries & coffee or a well deserved burger. #dreamtrailz#switzerland#murren#travel#running#roadtrails#waterfalls#swiss#murren#mountains#run
When we planned this Eurotrip, some friends advised visiting Paris or Barcelona, but we refused because our hearts simply belong to nature, the direction of where our peace and serenity is coming from.
My wish is to stay always like this, living quietly in a corner of serene nature, with you.
One of our favourite places to explore while in Switzerland was the Lauterbrunnen valley and these towering walls on either side. Catching the trains and cable cars high up into the mountains and watching the valley floor vanish beneath a layer of cloud.
