Sempat menghilang datang dan pergi, akhirnya ya kembali lagi lama stelah melahirkan ank kedua 😁
Beliau memutuskan utk benar2 konsisten di kelas diet mulai akhir desember. Bukan karena saya paksa atau apapun, tapi benar2 murni karena kali ini udah tau betul kenapa HARUS konsisten, kenapa HARUS disiplin... chat saya langsung dan berkata MAU “lagi”
Masyaallah tabarakallah, tepat 2 bulan program berhasil Turun 9 Kg , dan sangat signifikan di perubahan lingkar perutnya 😍😍 So proud of you mbaakk iiirrr

Can walking really help you lose weight? Talking about this in my stories 👆🏻 today.
Obviously there isn’t one food or one exercise that’s going to lead to weight loss. But if you’re like me, you might feel like walking is kind of a waste of time in terms of exercise. That if you have the time to go on a walk it would be more efficient to use that time running or doing a HIIT workout. If you’re looking to blast fat fast it probably is more effective to do one of those things.
But if you’re in this for the long-term, don’t underestimate the power of walking, which can help you continue losing weight, get past plateaus, and maintain weight loss.
Today I would’ve preferred to go running or go to a workout class but I have baby #2 at home with me on Wednesdays and he naps during the childcare time at the gym and I can’t run with the current stroller I have so a walk it was. If you have the option to walk or not walk, choose to walk.
One of my clients was working out about once a week and her weight had kind of plateaued. Her food was in a good, sustainable place. She knew for her that working out more was going to be key to getting the scale to move. But it was hard to fit in with a full-time job and a one year old. So instead of trying to do the Peloton multiple days, we looked for easier ways to add activity into her life. We decided that the two days she goes into the office each week, she’d skip the second train ride and walk the one mile-ish to her office instead. Boo ya! Weight started going back down.

🚶🏼♀️Burns calories while maintaining muscle mass, which helps burn more calories when the body is at rest
🚶🏼♀️Improves blood sugar and blood pressure
