1/100 s, f10.0 ISO 800, 31.00 mm with macro lens
I went to bed a bit before 10:30 pm. I woke up at 12:12 am just because. When I turned on the lights my vision was a bit foggy, something a little similar to this pic I took on Tuesday. With an f-stop of 10.0 I couldn't understand why the focus was so small but took the pic anyway. Maybe it's because it had the macro lens on and I was really close to the subject. I still think it looks beautiful. I'm taking the time to post this now because I read that doing a relaxing activity will help me go to sleep again. This is probably not a great choice but it's an attempt to distract my mind and relax. I'll close my eyes after I've posted it.
Snowy Mountains ❄️ The picturesque Lake Sämtisersee lies above Brülisau in the area of the municipality of Rüte in the canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden. At the foot of the Hohen Kastens, the Appenzeller Mountain Lake is located in the Alpstein region at an altitude of around 1200 meters above sea level. The Seealpsee and the Fälensee, the other two larger lakes of the Alpstein, are each about three kilometers southwest. The Sämtisersee is fed by various brooks, especially the Sämtiserbach.
Sunset at the Lake
❄️ The Seealpsee is at 1141 m above sea level lying lake in the Alpstein area in Switzerland and belongs to the canton of Appenzell Inner Rhodes. The idyllic location, the clean water and two mountain inns make the Seealpsee one of the most popular destinations in the Alpstein area.
