This a neat plot of land can be found in the back streets of Anoghi village.
There is a stone ruin on the property which can be rebuilt to create a beautiful traditional village home. There is also the option of repurposing the original stone and using this to build another structure to your personal specifications.
There is electricity and road access which is useful when building and the main towns of Vathi and Stavros are a 15-minute drive either side down the mountain.

It’s been a while since I posted about our main bathroom and the last time I did post, our vanity unit wasn’t in place.
We are really pleased with how this room has turned out. We took huge inspiration from @hudsonreeduk for this vanity unit section, we fell in love in love with their brochure picture and we decided to replicate it.
We’ve used large 1200x600mm porcelain tiles from @fittonoaketiles They’re called ‘Amazon Bone’, we love them, they’re so easy to keep clean. Although I have to admit, I wasn’t so keen on the cream undertones on a grey tile to begin with but I just followed Chris’ lead on this one! I had to let him choose something, right?
Our mirror is from @cityplumbinguk It’s by the brand HiB mirrrors who I can’t find on Instagram. It’s called ‘Theme 80’ which is 800mm wide and the glow you can see is all backlight, there’s no ring light on the front. Charlie loves turning it on by waving at the sensor 😆
Our tap is from @bristanhome and is from their ‘Descent’ range. We have the matching bath filler tap too. I purchased these for a good price from @Wayfair@wayfairuk I had never purchased anything from them before, their delivery was quick and communication was great, I’ll definitely be buying from them again.
Our vanity unit is from @hudsonreeduk and is from their ‘Solar’ range in the colour indigo which is a navy colour, although it looks black in this picture 🤦♀️ I absolutely love this colour, I’m a huge fan of navy! 😍 The unit is 800mm so the sink is pretty wide, I love it!
Sometimes it’s nice to see real set ups in real homes. This is our fabulous Valentino Rock stud in my hall.
One of my favourite vessels with a funky edge to it. £22.
Wooden beam is by our fabulous neighbours in our Industrial unit @woodnwax. A family business doing the most quality oak beams & furniture.
We are teaming up with @woodnwax for a fantastic giveaway with other businesses very soon.
Support local businesses. Not only are they more quality but more time and care are taking than your supermarkets or high street shops.

Where is Alfredton Grove?
Not surprisingly, Alfredton Grove is located in the extremely popular and hotly demanded Ballarat suburb of Alfredton.
An Alfredton address not only means you are minutes to the centre of town, have brand new sporting and recreation facilities at your doorstep and easy access to a multitude of shopping/retail options, but you are also within easy reach of the town’s best public and private schools the region has to offer!

Happy Wednesday! I am still blocked from following back will be out of jail soon. Well well well all these early mornings waking up and getting to the gym for 6am training as taken its its toll on me this morning LOL. This morning my alarm went off at 4:45am I turned that not so cute little sound right off 🤣🤣🤣. Had a bit longer in bed before getting up for work. Far into my commute for work but today is not as cold and frosty as yesterday. OMG the fogg out here is crazy. The January weather is extremely bizarre at the moment as some days feels like I am in Spain🤣🤣🤣 then it goes to Iceland etc. Got to love my British weather. Have a beautiful day my lovely insta friends🖤❤💙🧡💜💛💚🌈💗💞💟 #matalanmoment #therange #bathroomdesign #bathrooms #bathdecor #bathroomideas #bathroominterior #newbuild #greathomestaketime #myhome #lovemyhome
One of our almost finished rooms of the house, the master bedroom. After much deliberation over the bench I saw in HomeSense last week (thanks for all the help and suggestions guys!) I’m going to hold off and wait for the perfect blanket box instead.
I’ve learnt a lot since buying things for the house and the truth is not to rush into anything or impulse buy. So for now I’m happy with how it is 🤍
Good morning lovelies 🥰 anyone else got this awful fog today? Commuters in Lincoln seem to have lost their heads! 🤯 anyway! In keeping with the blue weather, this window sill can be found in our downstairs loo 🚽🙈 I wasn’t expecting the sill to be tiled, but after seeing it in our pre-completion demo, we loved it! I think it makes the room much brighter. It is west facing so doesn’t get much light, but it is only the downstairs loo, so I won’t lose sleep over that! 🙈 have a good hump day 👋🏻

5 mins cuppa before a busy day head. Hope you have a lovely day.
On my recent evening wander around South Quay in London I noticed the lights in a few of the windows of this newly constructed building on the quayside. The paper on the windows gives a uniformity that will soon disappear once their occupants arrive.

Comprising a contrasting palette of dark tiles and white joinery these simple bathrooms at 58 Raleigh St are both minimal yet practical.⠀
We love the touches of black in the shower-screen and tap-ware.⠀

Week 6 of January 🥴 😆...
Seriously though, I know it’s chuffing freezing but this sunshine we’ve been getting these last few days and that fact that you can actually see the evenings getting lighter now, are making all the difference in getting through these last couple of weeks of the longest month eh! 👍 👏 Until we’re actually out the other side though I think I’m just going to enjoy the excuse to be in pj’s and dressing gown the exact minute you get home and then watching Love Island on catch up in bed with a Hot choc 😊👌 Have a lovely night all xx
