FACES OF JAIPUR !
I was at Bapu Bazar, Jaipur, one of the busiest market in India. I saw this person who was riding Electric Auro Rickshaw who charges ₹5 per km per passenger. Isn’t it cheap ?
When I saw him “Portrait ! Portrait !” loud sounds flowed in my blood stream and I stood in front of that auto.
Looking at me with a camera he stopped his auto on the busy roads, smiled and allowed me to click.
|ENG🇬🇧| I have published more pictures about Joiku lately. The reason for that is simple, we usually do only basic walks and tricks with Argos. And I think it would be boring to read just "We went for a walk and did some tricks." I think also it would be weird if I published a picture about Argos and told something about Joiku.
Anyway, Argos started to limp his leg on Thursday. I think he had sprained it because it was so slippery here. Now his leg is feeling better and he doesn't limp almost at all. ☺
☺ #beagle#koiravalokuvaus#nikon#nikond3200#sigma#sigma85mm#dogphotography#talvi#winter#vinter#rukka#rukkapets#finnero#hallatossut

Colosseum on Fire pt 1 — Rome 2014
The metro was hectic and hot. Being from England, I was used to the tubes in London, but this was different. One day we were on the metro and we noticed the woman stood by my mum was acting strangely with her baby. She was throwing the baby around and being very loud talking to her in Italian. Everyone was watching. All of a sudden the train came to a halt. The baby went flying. Thankfully, my mum reacted quickly and caught her, and tried to speak to the mother and make sure the baby was okay. The mother said something in Italian to a girl on the other side of us, who we didn’t realize she knew and they both got off at the next stop. I thought something seemed off and asked mum to show me her bag and sure enough, it was wide open. Everything had been moved around, yet nothing was missing. I think it was because of my mum’s act of kindness that they changed their minds.
Colosseum on Fire pt 2 — Rome 2014
Built in 70-80 AD, the Roman Colosseum is an Oval Amphitheatre, the largest of time, and once held 50 - 80,000 spectators. In the Roman era it was used for gladiatorial contests and public spectacles, executions and animal hunts, re-enactments of famous battles, and dramas of Classical mythology. Throughout time this building has survived wars and environmental challenges, and in 2018, according to Trip Advisor, it was the most popular tourist attraction in the world with 7.4 million guests.
At the end of a long day of walking around the cobbled streets of Rome, I remember taking the busy metro back to our hotel and begging my parents to let us stop off at the colosseum. I had never seen pictures of it in the dark, and I thought it would be something special to see. I was right!
