They’re aware, they’re going through sleep regression, they’re going through their first big leap, they want you 24/7, they’re teething, they’re cluster feeding and on most days I am completely defeated.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The doors he has opened, the bad things he has turned for your good, his faithfulness in what you have prayed for and how many battles you have fought and were victorious in because of Him. Sometimes we are unable to activate our faith because we almost just forget these things when we face anothet challenge. The Israelites saw God part a whole sea but did not have for future miracles. David on the other hand remembered the Lion and the Bear and knew that God would deliver him from Goliath.. Don't ever forget what God has done for you. They are memorials of miracles to come.. 🌞

When I was a full time librarian, and did car duty in the morning. There was this one parent who always told her little girl this phrase: “ remember who you are, and whose you are”
I started reminding myself that when them little babies got into my nerves and still remember it today. If your value is on things that can easy fade or be taken away. You need to shift your focus. For me I find my worth in God. He speaks life, encouragement , and growth( even when I don’t like it) into me. .
So if you’re confused about yourself. Here is some tips
1) self evaluate where your value, worth, and identity comes from.
2) is that thing or person unchangeable and life-giving.
3) consider God(he really does like you no matter what life says). If you have been hurt tell him that. Don’t let people hurt, life hurt or any hurt stop you from trying God
4) you are loved, adored and cherished.
5) you deserve more bc of Jesus. There is freedom for ya friend. .

Chocolate Mint Rice Puff Slice (Nut Free)
100g Dark Cooking chocolate
2tbs Coconut Oil
2 tbs Rice Malt Syrup
1 tsp Mint Essence
2 1/2 Cups Rice Puff
1/3 Cup des. Coconut
1. Melt chocolate using your preferred method (I used microwave)
2. Heat Rice Malt and Coconut Oil slowly until softened and mix. Add to Chocolate. Combine well.
3. Add Mint essence. Combine Well
4. Add Rice Puffs and Coconut to a large bowl and Mix well
5. Add Chocolate Mix to Rice Puff Mix and stir quickly to combine.
6. Line a slice tray with baking paper and press mixture firmly into tray.
7. Place in fridge or freezer to set
8. Cut into 14 pieces keep refrigerated

Okay friends, so here’s my honest review about the @hallspumpkinfarm.
We went on a Saturday evening and it was so overcrowded. There was maybe a 15min wait to go into the farm.
It was very hard to get pictures without having people in the background. (like in the picture above). Parking was crazy also, we had to park in a parking lot in front of the pumpkin farm because there was no parking spots there.
We weren’t able to go on a hay ride because there was an hour in a half hour wait and they were about to close so there’s that.
And last but not least the porta potty’s didn’t have any toilet paper...
Overall, it is very pretty and what not but maybe not a place to go during the weekend and definitely use the rr before coming.

There’s also another reason I’m smiling this Fall; I’ll be hosting my Autumn Donations-Based Flow this month! Please join me at Garfield Park (South Pasadena) Sunday 10/20 at 11:30am for an invigorating power flow! Start your Sunday + week off with a sweat, sunshine, smiles, empowerment, community + relaxation. .
We will be powering through a 60-minute Power flow, followed up by a 15-minute Nature Meditation to set our intentions for the SEASON. Class starts at 11:30am sharp. Cost is whatever you’d like to donate (minimum $10 donation much appreciated). Here are some logistics:
- Lots of street parking off of Stratford and Hope St. .
- Class will take place in shaded area next to the Tennis Courts
- YOU will need a yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and any other props you’d like (possibly a sweater pending on weather)

this morning i quickly made some of my sprouted peanut butter chocolate granola - it’s super chunky and i usually store it in the freezer so it stays extra crunchy. i did a few subs below, but the original recipe is on my blog! Off to go get coffee, be a mom, and try to get work done 🤔.
Makes about 8 cups:
4 cups sprouted oats @onedegreeorganics
1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup chopped almonds (any nut)
2 cups creamy PB (or any kind)
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp vanilla
pinch of sea salt
dash of cinnamon
1 tbsp pumpkin spice
I also added in 2 scoops of @lovemajka chocolate lactation booster for nursing 🤱🏻 but it’s optional of course! (Balancewithb for code!) Large handfuls of chocolate chips .
directions. In a medium sauce pan, slowly on low heat- heat the coconut oil + the PB together. In a large bowl add ALL the ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix well by hand or large spoon. Will be somewhat wet almost as if you could roll into little bites. Don’t be alarmed! It will come together esp when you let it cool on store top and store in freezer! Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 30 mins at 300 degrees. Rotating the pan halfway and moving the granola around every 10 mins or so! Take out of oven when done and immediately add the chocolate chips on top so they melt slightly. Allow to cool + crisp up when done for another 10 mins!! Store in fridge or freezer for up to 3 weeks!
everything but the bagel seasoning roasted acorn squash 👏🏻👏🏻 made these little things early this morning to snack on a bit later today dipped in ketchup. all you have to do is slice your acorn squash into slices like above - somewhat evenly, then lightly coat with coconut oil + sea salt + a heavy sprinkle of everything but the bagel seasoning (from Trader Joe’s) and bake at 425 degrees for about 25-30 mins flipping halfway! if you don’t have that seasoning i also love using cinnamon + sea salt + coconut oil for a sweet version instead!
