You guys!!! Today was amazing!!!! 😍😍😍 I took the little kid pack to Wahclella Falls and oh my GOD right now there are about 6 new waterfalls along the trail because of all the rain and it is INSANELY BEAUTIFUL!! I cannot!!! Ugh. 😍 Heart bursting open and loads and loads of happiness flooding in. 😂😂😂 Also the trails are SO narrow and there are some drop offs and other dogs passing, and I could not be more proud of this crew and especially Cody who has a difficult time passing dogs on leash! 👏🏼 It was a great day. This SW neighborhood is located just 10 minutes from downtown. Crestwood offers a solid suburban feel, with 82% of residents owning their homes. Many families and young professionals live in Crestwood, where parents can send their children to highly rated public schools.
2 large parks, Dickinson and Woods Memorial Parks, bracket the neighborhood's northern and southern boundaries. Dickinson park hosts movie nights in the warmer months and Woods Memorial Park offers a network of trails recently restored by @portlandparks and the Friends of Woods Park. With 2.5 miles of zig-zagging paths, Woods Memorial Park is the perfect location for a tranquil wooded walk year-round!

Were are currently finalizing the division of the lots and renovating the existing house - 2 lots and a beautifully remodeled home will be coming to the market this spring!

. - Body work such as acupuncture (or anything that gets energy in motion) . - Having a separate space in your home that is your own where you can go be alone once a day with the intention of discharging other people’s energy . - Walks in nature . - Body/Emotion led movement (a.k.a. intuitive dance) letting yourself feel emotion & then using gentle body movement & free emotional expression to move the emotion out of your body .

Ever feel like the body you want is always just out of reach?

Focus on actions, not outcomes which simply means rather than focusing on the end result, concentrate on completing daily actions (habit based goal ) that’ll help you lose fat or get stronger or run faster.
