January is also National Poverty in America Awareness Month.
The poverty line is the estimate of the minimum level of income needed for basic life necessities. According to the U.S. Census Bureau’s report, 40.6 million people in the country lived under the poverty line in 2016, a third of them children. While it was the second year in a row of a decrease in the poverty rate, that number is still too high. January is National Poverty in America Awareness Month, so it’s time to think of what you can do to make sure the poverty rate goes down every year.
Nearly 400,000 Philadelphia residents—roughly 26 percent of the city’s population—lived below the poverty line in 2017. And that percentage, which is among the highest for any American city, has not changed substantially in recent years, even as the national rate has fallen. It affects health outcomes, employment prospects, exposure to crime, and access to quality schools. .

Geometric liberty bell and R train for Rich 🗽What represents your home? When Rich ask me to represent his love for Brooklyn, I immediately thought of the (flawed but indispensable) subway system. .
Travel often and safe ✈️ .

Everything your going through is God preparing you for what you asked for.
If 6 years ago you would have told me that I would be where I am today I wouldn't have believed it.
I faced depression, anxiety and doubt. There were times I didn't want to get out of bed and had no energy to leave my room.
I've had people talk about me, lie on me and I have even been accused of some outrageous things!
But as I stand here and look at my process it was just getting me ready for this moment. The moment that I've been praying for and asking God for.
That moment is to be able to be home with my kids while building them a legacy and being able to help others around the world grow in their journey with God.
Was my process easy umm no but it was worth it!
I want to encourage you don't give up keep pressing because all the prayers you've prayed are being answered! Everything will work out for your good because God said it will!
Classics give you a beautiful mascara look with a little extra lift and length 🥰

Philadelphia Eagles tight end Zach Ertz leaps into the end zone scoring a touchdown to take the lead over the New England Patriots in the fourth quarter of Super Bowl LII at U.S. Bank Stadium in 2018. #rebilasphotosofdecade
Stop #2 : #libertybell and #independencehall ! Shortly after arriving in #philadelphia , the liberty bell cracked and was repaired by widening the crack. I thought this was a puzzling way of repairing something (making a crack larger!?) until I read that the crack’s edges were filed down and widened in order for the metal edges to be separated enough for the bell’s tone to properly sound. Otherwise the edges would have scraped against each other. Unfortunately, a second smaller crack formed and ruined the sound, so the bell was retired.

21. Crevon “STRAP” LeBlanc
- Against the Saints in the 2018 divisional round, LeBlanc cemented himself as a fan favorite by intercepting Drew Brees on the first play of the game. During the 2018 offseason, Crevon signed a two year extension. Coming off an injury, LeBlanc was slowly eased into the corner rotation. Over the final four games LeBlanc played his best football, consistently making big plays. He finished the season with 8 tackles with 2 pass break ups, adding two more in the playoffs. I believe LeBlanc will have prime opportunity to battle for a starting spot come next season. Strap comes in at 21, 6 spots up from his mid season ranking. #GoBirds 🦅
Reflections. Many late nights spent reflecting. Many early mornings spent inside a spiral of ‘likes’ and the ‘explore pages.’ Deep dives into quotes about brokenness and mental illness. Hours spent on photographers pages wishing I could travel as much as them, shoot as good as them, be as successful as them.. Obsessive thoughts while reading quotes about bipolar. Wishing I was free. Wishing I didn’t have days like today. Wishing I understood who I was. Wishing I never had to question if my thoughts are real. Wishing I didn’t have to try and figure out if I’m right or wrong. A deep dive into this photographer’s brain. Then, an image shows itself. Not searching for it, but I found it. A strong message of remembering what appears to be isn’t always real. The grass always appears much greener on the other side. But, who would we be if we were not ourselves? If my mind did not function this way? If I didn’t see the world this way? Would these captions exist? Would I photograph things? Who would you be? Without your lows and highs, do you exist? Just spilling my thoughts. This is vulnerable. This is me. Reflecting...
