Kindness is contagious ❤️ Everyone who witnesses a kind act will feel the positive effects experienced in the brain, improving their mood and making them significantly more likely to perform a kind act themselves! Spread the love this week.
2 years ago today according to my phone... doing the monopoly board trolley dash in aid of Flying Start. Can’t remember how far we walked that day but I know it was (and still is) the highest step count my Fitbit has ever seen 😂 And probably the coldest I have EVER been too! Took about a week to defrost from this 🥶
I had fun in London last week, quite wet and windy with the storm battering most of the country but I still went out and saw the sights and explored, can you believe that it was actually my first time? I have a couple of things I'd like to go back and see but all in good time
Curry Niku Udon - The curry had a rich flavour, with a more watery texture, the Beef had a general 'grilled' flavour'. The udon had a consistent firmness. Overall the dish gets a 7.5/10 - Jack
Waygu Katsu - The Wagyu had a lovely presentation, with the Wagyu alresdy being cooked to a medium rare, Machiya featured your own self BBQ pot which you use fat to cook the Wagyu above a flame. Additionally there was sea salt, and various drippings. The flavour was fatty, typical of Wagyu but didnt 'melt' like high grade Wagyu. Also the Wagyu had Katsu breadcrumbs, creating and lovely texture when eating. Pricy but rather tasty - Jack & Yiyi
Gyudon - The beef slices go well with ginger on the top, mixing together with the half boiled egg. The dish itself doesn't have strong sweet flavour like other japanese dishes, such as teriyaki style or rich curry style. But it rather interesting to have the naturally sweet onion and spicy ginger at the same time. People who dont like the ginger flavour maybe still try to ditch half of the ginger and mix the left with other ingredients. Trust me, you will like it - Yiyi
P.s. we were too full to taste any dessert, but their dessert have been rated really high.

* Double Tap * - If you like London's iconic Red bus 😍♥️🇬🇧
📖: Story time: London a city that's constantly adapting as the time passing by. 😍 - London was founded in Year "50". This beautiful city wasn't planned for modern public transport & Vehicles we see Today on street's of London. .
♥️: One of the reason why I love this city is because of how forward thinking this city is. Currently it's in the process of having environment friendly public transport all around London to tackle the Climate change / Global warming threats we are facing today. .
🌍: All new double-deck red buses you see in London are / will be hybrid, electric or hydrogen run to keep c02 Level close to Zero starting 2020.
🇬🇧: By 2037 at the latest, all 9,200 buses across London will be zero emission. Which is definitely a plus for environment, Londoners and travelers who will be visiting London years ahead. .
✔️: Global warming & Climate change is no joke. We are already seeing it's affect throughout the globe. 😔 - but I must admit, I'm truly happy & Proud to see @transportforlondon@mayorofldn@ldn_gov doing it's bit for the future generation & for future of London. 🇬🇧🌍
