Je ne suis pas souvent ici en ce moment. Le temps file.... vite.... trop vite.... Difficile de prendre le temps ces dernières semaines. Le boulot surpasse tout, dévore mon quotidien et je n’arrive plus à prendre le temps pour moi. Le positif laisse place à la fatigue , qui induit forcément tout un tas de désagréments négatifs... moral bas, fatigue physique et intellectuelle.... moins de temps pour soi veut dire moins de temps pour se poser et relativiser, positiver. Alors ce matin je prends le taureau par les cornes et je concentre mon esprit vers la lumière! Penser aux joies simples, aux fêtes qui approchent et qui vont nous réunir, famille et amis. Simplement mais pour des moments de bonheur partagés. C’est ça la vraie vie ....Il faut rester concentrés sur le bon côté de chaque personne et de chaque situation.
Ouvrez les yeux et appréciez ce que nous avons la chance de connaître, de vivre.....

Healthy & Well-being
Health is something we take for granted but when ill health hits us it’s really is a shock. We always think that whatever we do we will be physically able to carry on in the same way as before but that is not always the case. For the last six months I have suffered severe back pain which has physically been hard but mentally the toll is just as difficult to cope with. Being unable to do the things that I took for granted, to have to think about can I physically cope with that before attempting something new. It is draining and depressing at the same time. When I have a good day I want to take on the world and often do but then suffer afterwards. Pacing myself has become a mantra but it is really hard. Accepting my bodies limitations has been hard and accepting help from my loved ones is hard because we all like to be independent and be able to do things ourselves. There is a balance to not wallowing in pain and the poor me scenario to getting out and doing it. Being positive in my mental attitude and accepting these limitations whilst still enjoying life. Some days are harder than others but in doing things there is always that sense of achievement.
We are off on a road trip to cat sit for No 1 son and his girlfriend whilst they go visiting. So no doubt there will get some furbaby spam later.
