I created this post in the beginning of this year and when I did it I cried and cried. It was a big moment for me because I was telling and showing the world that the Christina that was always meant to do something great is finally going to do it. Although I’ve never been one to fall victim to any of my circumstances, I realized that for a long time I was holding on to all the pain. I really took this year to reflect and let go. I am not saying I have it all figured out, but I recognized where I was and what I am meant for and how hopefully I can use these experiences to inspire others.
With that being said, we only have 22 days until 2020, what are you going to finally let go of and show the world what you are capable of doing?

Quand on l’offre, même à l’autre, c’est à soi qu’on fait du bien, parce qu’on se libère d’un poids. Et c’est pour ça qu’il n’est pas nécessaire de le nommer à la personne à qui on pardonne. La transformation en sera tout aussi grande.

I know I am not the only one...
Yesterday my day just started completely "OFF" the kids are all fighting colds as well as @fyfpos and me. We are stuffy, and coughing and just feeling off. I let my un-planned morning barrel roll into a crappy day. .
It started with 🍪 and ended with 🧀 balls.
I woke up this morning after another crappy night of sleep with a coughing toddler feeling puffy and even worse. I also had a 45 minute cardio workout planned for today and just was NOT looking forward to it.
Here's the #transformationtuesday A year ago, I would have continued the barrel roll all week and had to "start fresh" on Monday. And heck, we are in December, I probably would have continued it through the new year and then "start fresh"
BUT🙌 NOT🙌 THIS🙌 TIME
I pulled up my workout 👖 and got TO WORK!
I🙌FEEL🙌 SOOOO 🙌MUCH 🙌BETTER
What changed? My commitment to myself. I feel better when I treat myself better. And I love the feeling of accomplishment and meeting a new goal! And can't forget sweating everything out!

I am often asked if I truly enjoy working out. To be honest, some days it is the last thing I want to do. I found that those are the days I feel like a new person when I am done. I didn't exercise yesterday. I typically work both jobs on Mondays. So after about 12 hours on my feet, I am done. Then yesterday was just one of those craptastic days that I ate all the crud. Yep! I fed my emotions...it happens! Needless to say, I felt like shit this morning. I could have easily talked myself into staying in bed. But I marched my butt right down stairs to my home gym and did my booty workout. There were new moves that my body did easily. And right there...that was what I needed!! Affirmation that my body is strong. Even on days when my mind and willpower isn't. So yes, I truly enjoy working out. My body AND my mind. Today is a new day. Kicking the crap to the curb and stepping forward. Creating good habits is key. I’m about to get started at my day job, but I always make sure to spend time in the morning on the side hustle. Make the conscious effort to progress even if you think you have no time, even when you’re having a bad day.
That’s where habits come into play. Discipline. Even when I feel like shit, I choose to put time in. Even when I feel like I’m not really making true progress, I put time in. Why? Momentum. You always want to keep the positive momentum rather than the negative.
I’ve had those days where I negate the side hustle and end up feeling like shit by the end of the day just because I feel like I’m not putting in the effort. But now, I stick to routines and consciously choose to always stay on the positive momentum path.
Do you constant wish for or say you need money, or maybe you say you'll never have enough money? This type of scarcity mindset is one of the major blocks holding you back from actually having abundance. The BIG GUY in the gray t-shirt that ironically says ￼“There is no off-season” LIVED in “off-season” mode a majority of his adult life. ❌Honestly the BIG GUY had great intentions to get healthy once he met his future bride. ❌He had great intentions to get healthy after the wedding. ❌He had great intentions to get healthy once he had a full-time ministry position. ❌He had great intentions to get healthy once he became a dad for the first time. ❌He had great intentions to get healthy after moving to Florida...only to gain weight and reach his heaviest at nearly 300 hundreds pounds.
What the BIG GUY finally learned nearly 5 years ago was ￼without actions the best intentions in the world are just that, INTENTIONS￼. In 2015 I realized I couldn’t continue to live the rest of my life on GREAT INTENTIONS. I could either have RESULTS or EXCUSES but not both.

Please help me celebrate my friends Chris and Michelle! These two are winning through the holidays. Both are living their best lives focusing on what’s most important during the holidays and it’s definitely not the food.
Together, we've lost 1️⃣1️⃣5️⃣ lbs! But we aren't done yet! We have both committed to staying healthy through the holidays and starting 2020 with a healthy BANG💥. I have to admit, it wasnt easy holding up all those turkeys🦃🤣. I can't believe we used to lug all that extra weight around! We are so grateful to be free of this excess weight and living healthier, happier, more fulfilling lives all thanks to this amazing program!

Erin: Woo hoo!!! It’s my one year healthiversary, baby! Last year, I felt like these Butterballs. 😂 Seriously, it’s crazy to think that I carried this much weight (54 lbs) around every. single. day! No wonder I was so exhausted. Fast forward one year...and my life is TOTALLY different. I control my choices. I say yes to life and new experiences. I have crazy energy (hello, fat burn!). And best of all, this holiday season I will smile comfortably for pictures knowing I won’t have to ask to look at them first (ahem, and crop my body out or edit it like I used to). It wasn’t as much about the weight I had to lose, but about the life I had to gain.

I went to the mall today for some sweater weather shopping.
As I was browsing in the store, I can’t help but think about where my health was about a year ago.
My joy of shopping for clothes died over the years as I found myself slowly having to go up a size every time I went shopping. My self-esteem and enthusiasm for life was slowly escaping me as I struggled to get through my days. I was getting used to saying I was too “busy” with the kids - because it was a great excuse to not take care of myself.
I was telling myself things like “it’s ok to be tired all the time, you have two little kids” “your body changes after giving birth, and that’s just normal” “you’re too busy to care about what you look like” “there’s no time for self-care” “things will get better when the kids are older”. And every other excuse out there to not take care of myself.
Things are definitely different now. Over a year ago, I decided to do something about it. I was tired of being tired. I joined a community of supportive people who were looking for a solution like I was. Together, I’ve learned how to create new healthy habits one step at a time. I wasn’t perfect but I always had support to keep me motivated to work on bettering myself. As I reached my goal weight, my energy improved and my self-esteem grew. I learned to focus on what matters most to me, and my view on life started to change. I’ve become a much more positive person, a better mom, a better wife and overall a better person.
They say one positive change will lead to more positive changes. But it all starts with 1 decision.
I’m ready to help anyone who wants to take responsibility for creating their own happiness and start living a life with optimal health and wellbeing.
