Each day I try and reflect on something I'm grateful for, it helps me focus on the positives in my life.
At the end of each session at PLC you're asked too close your eyes and think of something you're grateful for, I love this!
Without a doubt, each day, it was this woman. As without her I wouldn't have been able to attend the sessions.
This morning as I showered and my son stood there leaning against the door, crying the whole time. I was once again reminded of how grateful I am of the times she helps me out; and that she loves spending time with her grandson 🥰
I follow this woman and I see the cruel comments being left on her page. If you don't find her body attractive, don't look at it! You can scroll past it. No one is forced to view images on social media. Also, don't try to hide your fatphobia behind health conscious rhetoric because if you really cared about health you would put that same energy towards all of these fast food chains pushing unhealthy food into your neighborhood. You would also focus on your own health, instead of attacking someone you don't know. #positivethinking#lizzo

Often a broken bone will heal faster than someone who’s been hurt by the words of someone they love and trust. No matter how many times you apologize, you can’t take back something once it’s been said. Choose your words wisely. #YouCanHaveSuccess@successpictures
