I get to meet a friend who’s thinking about getting into real estate later today. These are some of my favorite moments. It doesn’t matter what you want to do, everyone can use a little nudge sometimes. Treating people well is my calling card, it’s a way of life that I prefer to live. If you want to do something new, let’s have lunch. I made a huge change in my career and it’s been the best decision of my life. We only have one go at things, so why not spend it doing what you love with the people who motivate you? ⠀

Happy 🍑 day! I have a body type that wants to be super lean so I have to work hard to gain muscle. Lately I've been gradually increasing the weight I use 💪🏼💪🏼
Today for legs I did 4 rounds of 10 back leg elevated lunges with 25 lbs on one side, bench step knee ups with 45 lbs, sumo squats with 40 lbs, and traveling lunges with 50 lbs. For shoulders I did 4 rounds of 10 overhead press, upright rows and bent arm lateral raises with 30 lbs. I've also had to increase my caloric intake by not missing any meals and also adding in a protein shake or bar everyday.
It takes time to see real progress, but with consistent effort anything can be done. My goal for 2018 is to be my strongest, fittest self so I can prep my body for pregnancy next year. 😄

I worked out later than normal today because I felt off all morning, but then that guy I married text me and said, "get your workout in-- and then see how you feel" and he was right. I needed to get it in to feel better. .
The thing is people under estimate the power of a workout. Of getting your blood pumping and body moving. You NEED it. Every day. You have to be willing to fight through your days to feel your best. And sometimes -- depending on your workout you might literally have to fight👊🏻
