Today marks 40 days of no social media filters, foundation, concealer, blush, etc... the only thing I’m allowing myself is mascara. 👁
Are you hiding behind some thing that you need to fast from? This past year I’ve struggled with my skin which is new for me. I haven’t had any issues since my teenage years. So my quick fix solution was to pile on the makeup to cover it up. But in return it just made the problem worse. 🥴
Take some time today to reflect and ask yourself “Is there something that I’m hiding behind?”🦹♀️ Hiding behind a mask whether it’s our clothes, our job title or our role as mother or funny guy can be exhausting. 🙇♀️ Eventually the mask slips and you want to just be yourself. 💁♀️ It takes courage to be yourself.
How can you remove your mask today? 🎭

TIME. No matter how expensive a watch you are wearing, you cannot arrest time. Now at this ripe age, I sometimes wonder if I have let the best time of my life slip out of my fingers. But as they say, it's never too late to start. When I think of my childhood, there were so many things that we took for granted. We were never worried about environmental or water crises. We were so close to nature; ran after butterflies, smelt the beautiful flowers, played in the mud. And when there was a call for food, we just washed our hands at the handpump and ran inside, suddenly realising how hungry we were. But there was one thing that always surprised me. My granny never wore a watch, neither could she read the clock, yet she always knew what time of the day it was. We would often run to our grandfather to verify from the gold chained watch hanging from his shirt. And granny used to invariably always be right! But how? She could judge the time of the day from the shadow of the sun on the wall. In the mornings, with the chirping of the birds, she knew it was time to start a new day. Amazing! How close people were to nature. And both my grandparents enjoyed healthy lives well beyond the age of 95.

I love going out for walks and today was Maggie’s first walk down the river we had to get all her injections done first but she loved it and did really well!
I find going out for a walk around somewhere that’s beautiful helps clear my head I’m not thinking about anything just taking in the moment. Today I got to share that moment with my baby girl and my partner 🥰
Felt extra fluffy these past 2 days. Not feeling it , but it’s cool. -
Learning to approach myself with positive words. It’s not easy because we are our own critic. Some days I’m like wow I did this ..others I’m like I’m done. You just gotta remember your good days👍🏼 & the bad days👎🏼 don’t last forever. I think that’s the greatness thing about time.. it keeps moving forward and what goes on before honestly doesn’t matter. So whatever opinion you had on yourself yesterday you have the choice to carry it with you or look at the new day and know that opinion you had on yourself was so irrelevant.
It’s a new day, fresh start to positive words, and better changes. Don’t let the day before reflect your day now. You have control of what you tell yourself don’t let something or someone tell you otherwise. 💕 -
If you’ve never been to Jamaica, you should go because this is how your face will look the whole time (sub rum and patty instead of ice cream 🤣) If you’re new to following our adventures, my husband/baby daddy is Jamaican. Kingsley is finally old enough to remember that his grandpa and grandma live there and he is so excited to see them next week!

Yoga - is central to my life, I find it nourishes me physically, emotionally and spiritually. I have an awesome teacher back home and when I go away I always try and find somewhere to continue my practice.
Here in Penang I was happy to find 'The Space'. Yoga classes are taught most days by the wonderful Elaine, who has 20 years teaching experience. The studio has a lovely friendly atmosphere and I felt very welcomed straight away. Class sizes are small so individual attention is given when needed. Elaine also specializes is maternal and children's yoga.
Thank you Elaine 🙏
I also went for a card reading with a lovely lady called Kiru, she was spot on and offered some clear insights. 🦋
My passion has always been about supporting the well being of others. Lead by example with positive words and watch how the seed you plant blossoms. His message melts my heart and I’m so pleased to be his online coach..

Beautiful flowers always remind me of this inspiring poem:
And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.
Life is a process of becoming, a combination of states we have to go through. Where people fail is that they wish to elect a state and remain in it. This is a kind of death.
Living never wore one out so much as the effort not to live.
Life is truly known only to those who suffer, lose, endure adversity and stumble from defeat to defeat.
Perfection is static, and I am in full progress.
Abnormal pleasures kill the taste for normal ones. -Anais Nin
I remember reading this poem several years ago when life presented some challenges. This poem reached into my aching soul, soothed it and made me feel braver. The words are now etched into my heart and every day I focus on embracing my life journey in full blossom 🌺

Guys listening to this book at the moment.. it’s incredible... highly recommend it. You know everyday I do self development and I have to say this is sensational... order or download it you won’t be disappointed....
God has put adoption on my heart since I was young. Little did I know that it would look a little different. Or at least start out a little different....⠀
As we have shared previously we have started the license process for becoming Foster parents. We just had one little hiccup. Our middle child was not crazy about having to share his room with his brother. 😬⠀
We had a choice....⠀
➖We could abort the mission and turn away from obedience on this call God put on my heart. ⠀
➖We could get angry with our child and force him to share his room with his brother.⠀
➖Or we could pray boldly and patiently wait for God to work in his heart. ⠀
We chose the last option and God showed up. 🙌🏻
It was no coincidence that it was his off day from Kindergarten both times we had a visit set up. God was working in his heart through the process. ❤️⠀
Because we were patient and allowed God to work on his heart this will create a lasting heart change in him. As his parent's we didn't step in and force the short term change. We allowed God to work in His timing for a lasting heart change. ⠀
Are you stepping in the way of God working on your child's heart? Sometimes we can have parenting E.G.O and think that we know best. But all that really means is that we are Elbowing God Out. Allow Him to work side by side with you in your parenting. ⠀
Has God placed Foster Care or Adoption on your heart? ⠀
If so, let's chat more. DM me! 📲

"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will no depart from it." Proverbs 22:6⠀
There is a specific way to train up our children so that they won't depart from God. But what if that specific way was even specific for each child?⠀
Not only do we need to know and absorb God's moral value system, but we need to be students of our children. Learning the strengths and qualities of each child is importatnt so that we can teach God's values in creative ways that will impact each child according to his or her unique differences. Drop a 🥳 below if you are taking the time to know your child’s strengths.

Do the hard thing. .
Back in August, the hardest thing for me to do was keep going. I had committed to 100 days. Every day my brain gave me a million reasons to not even do my workout or to stop halfway through because it was just to hard. .
I’ve started to learn that the resistance against doing hard things is always going to be there. The excuses are always going to be on the top of your mind. You can choose to overcome ANYTHING you put your heart and mind to. .
Not everyday is perfect, but my excuses are losing a lot more often. There are always going to be tough things, but the choice is yours to give up or push through. 💪🏻
Comment below -
What is something you started but stopped because you told yourself it was too hard? On the flipside, what is something that was hard but you pushed through anyway? 😊

🚽🚽"Mummy plz sit out side the washroom and talk something to me " Is our morning ritual
I always wondered when will this clingy girl (who still Rubs my wrist all night) grow up. How would I manage if I get another baby to this home, when I already have handsfull
Cut to last week, while I was deep down in pain (due to a renal Stone) and was living on multiple painkillers and antibiotics that kept me lying down most of the times. While Minny took charge of the house completely and used to come to tell me "Mummy, u can sleep, I mashed a banana and fed Maaan", I made my cup of milk and had" , is u r pain subsiding?? Shall I tell a joke to distract the pain?? # Not just me, but my house help, who was made to take care of Maan for a while, was shocked to see her behave so very matured in taking complete care of Maan, even made dosa and fed his lil brother and behaved ten times better than what we expected
I could hear my heart breaking when the Dr said I will have to be in the hospital for a day leaving behind a 10month old breastmilk addict at home. No one else knows his food or sleep routine, He is not used to be with anyone else (thanks to the nuclear family system) . The only ray of hope I had was Minny , not my mom, not my husband. She was the only one who stood by my side and contributed 50% in raising him by far . This lil girl who never left my lap all these many years is now behaving like a mom suddenly. She now asks me to be brave and strong and that I will be okay as she prayed Ganesha to relieve my pain
That proud moment to see your Lil girl Having your back is something to be documented
Minny! I used to think a mothers love to her kids is the purest form of love, but you made me realise that it is Vice versa
And remember " There is no one else in the world, whome I love more than you"! #
God's glory comes from your story! ⠀
Are you limiting your goals to something that you know you can achieve? ⠀
Or are you dreaming big enough to need God to achieve your goals? ⠀
Grab a pen and paper and head to your favorite quiet spot. Then dream big. Dream so big that you know that those dreams will require God's strength and wisdom to be accomplished. Dream big so God can show up big for you and everyone watching. 🌟
What if I told you that you have the power to change that thing that you hate? 🤯
Would that get you excited? 🤩⠀
Did you know that you hold the power of your thoughts? ⠀
God created our brain to only hold one thought at a time. ⠀
I promise you... test it....⠀
Start saying the ABC's in your mind...... ok, now start counting by 10's. Did you stop saying the ABC's? ⠀
See we can only hold one thought in our mind at a time. And the cool thing is that we get to choose what that thought is! 😎So let me ask you, what kind of thoughts are you allowing yourself to hold? ⠀
Are your thoughts serving you?⠀
Are your thoughts bringing you closer to your goal?⠀
Are your thoughts encouraging you?⠀
Are your thoughts building another up?⠀
Are your thoughts fueling love?⠀
Are you in need of some new thoughts?💭 I would love to spend some time with you to reveal these new thoughts.
Schedule a FREE session with me and let's get you equipped with those new thoughts. ⠀

Does everyone smile like this when they know it's hiking time?
Made it to the weekend and plenty of time in the fells planned. Can't wait. An old favourite tomorrow and then hopefully some new wainwrights on Sunday. Gotta start ticking them off if I'm going to complete my resolution 🤣
Had a great time in London last weekend (I know I'm surprised to be saying that too). Can't wait to see how my interview with @menofmanual has gone and an added bonus was stumbling upon the @joinclubsoba sober festival whilst I was down there. Getting to meet sober influencer @soberstory for the first time after many chats.
Have a great weekend all, maybe see you in the fells.

I'm currently that mom that hides in the pantry to sneak a spoonful of peanut butter! 🤩⠀
Did you know that if you remove sugar out of your diet that peanut butter can actually taste sweet to you! 😋🙌🏻
Sit in it for a moment. ⠀
Sit in the fear, pain, discomfort, rejection, overwhelm, confusion, the hurt.⠀
I use to avoid these feelings like the plague! I mean they are negative so why would I want them in my life. I even started to teach my kids to avoid these feeling and that they don’t have a place in our house.⠀
They do have a place! They do need to be recognized and they need to be named and not avoided. When we avoid an emotion and sweep it under the rug that mound of dirt will get so big that it will trip us up when we are least expecting it. ⠀
Instead of taking the time to figure out why our kids are annoying us and we are feeling overwhelmed. We go for a run, grab another drink, or scroll social media to avoid having to ask ourselves these hard questions. ⠀
Instead of embracing and welcoming the fear of taking on a business venture we avoid and convince ourselves that we just are not cut out for it. ⠀
Instead of having that hard conversation with someone we love we turn the moments into humor and distract from going deeper. This allows us to avoid having to feel hurt or rejection. ⠀
Instead of disciplining our children and holding them to their consequences we give in yet again so we don't have to feel the discomfort of being "the mean mom." ⠀
Instead of getting to the gym for our workouts we convince ourselves that the temporary pain and discomfort is too great for us. ⠀
What can we gain from fear?⠀
What can we gain from discomfort?⠀
What can we gain from rejection?⠀
What can we gain from overwhelm?⠀
What can we gain from confusion?⠀
What can we gain from hurt?⠀
The opportunity for GROWTH. ⠀
Are you allowing your emotions to serve you?⠀

Have you been working toward something in your life when distractions and road blocks have popped up?🛑⠀
There are going to be things that pop up and distract you from your long-term goals. There will be triggers that try to pull you away from your success. Will you choose to say YES to what is easy or say YES to what is hard? I guarantee that thing that is harder to say YES to will encourage growth 🌱 in you, your family, or someone else that you will cross paths with. ⠀
✔️Say YES to walking away from the cookie in the break room so that you can grab for the veggies.⠀
✔️Say YES to communicating softly to your kids instead of yelling.⠀
✔️Say YES to leaving for the weekend so that you can recharge. ⠀
✔️Say YES to the pain and discomfort of a workout so that you can become stronger. ⠀
✔️Say YES to putting down the phone to connect with your family. ⠀
✔️Say YES to skipping that cocktail so you can be present in the moment and not desensitized. ⠀
✔️Say YES to your husband.... yep, you know what I mean.⠀
✔️Say YES to getting up early to have those quiet moments alone with God instead of being filled with the noise of the world. ⠀
There are going to be obstacles, temptation, and triggers that are easy to say YES. When you are saying YES to these moments you are pulling yourself further away from that vision God has put in your heart. ❤️Today say YES to what is hard!
I said YES to leaving this guy 👆🏻the day he had surgery. It would have been easy to make the decision to stay home and miss the training. It was hard to say YES to leave him and a sick child. I made the hard decision to say YES to heading out of town to gain training and wisdom that would further the legacy of our family, parenting, and marriage.
What are you going to say YES to this week? Drop it below...👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 “Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart. And do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him, And He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way]"⠀
Proverbs 3:5-6 (AMP)

𝐍𝐄𝐗𝐓 𝗪𝐄𝐄𝐊 𝐈𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝗪𝐄𝐄𝐊!🙌🏼
I decided not to start the Barre program with everyone else 2 weeks ago because I wanted to focus on my nutrition. I have learned A LOT about myself as a person and as a coach in the past 12 days and I am ready to help as many people as I can get fit, healthy, toned and confident.
I remain in the Barre group and I have been able to hear the first group who are going through it enjoy the workouts and talk about how fun they are and the results they started getting in little as one week. By now people are noticing more muscle definition and smaller waists. They are seeing arm muscles pop and feeling stronger legs.
But more importantly they are finding balance and positivity in the rest of their lives. It’s so fun to see and I am READY! The trainer in this program really speaks to the mind, body and soul. Feeding the mindset is key and when a program spills into the rest of your life then it becomes sustainable and you enjoy the process of getting into shape instead of dreading it.
So…. next week I plan to start. And I have open spots still left. We do this from home and connect online in a group setting right here on Facebook. Your package will come with:
✅FULL year of nearly 70 workout programs (I’ve been a coach for nearly 4 years and I haven’t done them all!) and on demand cooking show
✅The VIP access to this brand new program—60 days long, 5 days a week, 30-40 minutes a workout
✅30 day supply of the awesome health shake I drink every day in different flavors
✅Access to an accountability group all year long
✅Me as your coach (for FREE I might add) to help you get started, stick with it, and achieve your goals.
And because I am feeling so great since getting my nutrition back in check I am throwing in a free surprise package to get you started right for the first 5 people who join me.
If you want me to save your spot you can message me or drop an emoji below and I will send you more details. #readysetgo
This is something I’m soo guilty of in many aspects of my life.
I have such big hopes and dreams, which are wonderful to have but at the same time often make me feel overwhelmed with how to reach them.
..... enter excuses and self doubts ( ie anxiety) ....... I’m working on counter acting this by breaking everything down into smaller steps. For me, making check lists with these items is helpful. Doing this I know that I am moving forward.
We each have our own dreams and goals and therefore we need to remember that each of our journeys will look different.
But they all have things in common
Excuses are the enemy and having a support system is key!
So let’s reach out and support each other more and help each othe battle the excuses. ~Jen. #stopexcuses#stopexcusestoday#positivity#supporteachothersdreams#discoveryourpurpose#changeyourmindset#postiveliving

Don’t get caught up in forks in the river.... MAKE BETTER DECISIONS UPSTREAM.... We hear people say “Era I will go with the flow”. The flow of the river means your following the masses of people. And your letting the environment dedicate your decisions.. That’s all fine, till you wake up and see the open sea 100 metres from you.
What happens... You panic
You feel out of control
Because you didn’t make better decisions upstream. You didn’t take control of what you wanted, what you needed and what you should of done.
You went with the current. Dragged into current fears, current dramas, current negativity.
When you have clarity it gives you power.
POWER over your thoughts, abilities, your situation and your future.
When you wake up and your not in control. You will fall. Fall in a trap, fall into drama, negativity and things you do want to do.
But you have control to stop this. If you know you are low on money. You keep spending it till you run out? No you change your plan, you work harder, you take control of a situation and deal with it.
If you know your not feeling good about yourself, take control. Do something about it. Change your food, your activity, your lifestyle. Stop following the current. Because no river is smooth, all rivers lead to an open sea....... So if you need to change, if you want to be successful, YOU HAVE TO MAKE DECISIONS..... sometimes we have to make sacrifices short term. But believe me the long term gain is so worth it.... BIG DECISIONS=BIG SUCCESS....... Ps every photo I take, I know the reason behind everyone of them and why..
From "KEVIN" to "WANDER WITH KEVIN"🖤 Well, few years down the lane, I never thought I'd be where I am today - a blogger/vlogger/influencer. But the winds changed and brought me here 🙌🏻 I'm really grateful for so many things in my life - the good and the bad.
The good, because it helped me achieve the small and big tasks.
On the other hand, the bad phase helped me grow, learn and moulded me to overcome and accept failure as a part of life🌱 I learned one very important thing i.e. failure isn't something that should hamper your success, instead failure is something that should push you, help you break the limits and act as a stepping stone to succeed💪
There were many hurdles that I had to overcome - sleepless nights, part-time job at a cafe, free services (photoshoots mostly), health issues😥 And I'm sure that there will be many more to come. May it be any profession, the ones who are successful today have tasted a bunch of hardships, tough times and bad phases...🙌🏻 But you know what is common among all these people? Consistency, Hardwork and a strong will power to never give up💪🏻😎 I realised and all know that success doesn't come over a fortnight. It takes time. It takes patience. It takes perseverance.🕐 All you need to do is give it a start. Unless you start, you will never know how capable you are. The rest of the journey depends on your consistency and hardwork. Life has shown me quiet a few storms but I have decided to be firm on what I want to become. I believe that "If you give in your 100% into what you dream to become, there is nothing in this freaking world that can stop you from growing" 💯🙌🏻 So if you have a dream, work for it. Atleast give it a start. I know there are many people out there who are capable of doing so many things but there is something that holds them back. Don't let it! Give it a kick-start, work hard, be consistent, avoid distractions and no one will stop you from being the person you wish to be!🙌🏻💯❤ -WanderWithKevin ⛰️ #positivethinking#motivation#goodreads#positivequotes#goodthoughts#postiveliving#liveyourdreams#travel#travelvlogger#travelblogger#vloggersofindia#wanderlust#wanderwithkevin
This post is a little different but I thought it would be good to post a “get to know me” photo since there are a lot of new faces here! (My routine workout videos will be back up tomorrow🔥)
1. I am 25 years old from New York.
2. I currently work as a behavior technician for children with autism. I go into schools, homes, and clinics with them. I love my job but I am learning I have a huge passion for health and fitness as well so who knows where I will be in a year or two.
3. I LOVE to travel. The Dominican Republic is my go to. Brazil was my favorite “larger” trip!
4. Dogs are my favorite animal.
5. I love driving and listening to music.
6. I can be very sarcastic (some people love it some hate it)
7. What are jeans? Leggings are life 🙌🏽😂
8. I hope to move out of state this year. My currently desired places are Colorado, Atlanta, Texas, maybe Cali
9. I’ve lived on my own since the day I moved out for college. I stayed in the dorms my freshmen year then have had an apartment since.
10. I am adopted and my family is everything to me. I don’t know where I’d be today without them 💜
I can’t control everything in my life but I can control what I put in my mind and what I put in my body. It takes a lot of effort and a good amount of time but practicing positive thoughts and a healthy diet is the only way I can find selflove and find happiness. The body and mind coexist.. when one is lacking, they both are lacking. Every day I have to remind myself of my goals, set aside me-time (pool time), and consume meals that fuel me the best. There is no finish line to a healthy lifestyle.. mentally or physically. #greatthingstaketime#selfloveclub#postiveliving

I have spent the last three days being inspired by other woman. We ladies are powerful and if we stick together and lift each other up, we will all rise together. I learned that vulnerability is okay. I have always felt too soft or sometimes that I might be sharing too much. But as Kristen Bell said, “Vulnerability brings us together.” I share my life with you on Instagram so that we as woman and mothers can support each other. You are seeing a snippet of my day and I want you to hold on to the small beautiful moments in your life. That yes you may be tired and multi tasking but there is something breathtakingly beautiful in those moments. I share here and on my blog so that we can encourage and inspire each other to try harder, while also knowing that we are ALREADY amazing. 💪🏻I want you to know that I read each and every comment and DM you send my way and that YOU inspire me. 😍I was able to spend some quality time with some blogger friends ... Plus, I got to be a part of a @kristenanniebell tv promotion! Woop woop! #mom2summit 🍭Leave a comment below and share something special about being a woman!
