Morning everybody, it's day 27 of the TGCO mind over clutter challenge and today's topic is ✨
The Medicine Box💊
Just like the food that is past its use by date, expired medications can become ineffective and toxic. A well organised medicine cabinet will not only save you time and money, it will also make your home safer. It also removes the little frustrations like scrambling for a plaster in the middle of prepping a meal prep or trying to locate those migraine tablets when all you want to do it just sleep..😔
TGCO recommends you get all your medication in one place, sort through and purge. I like to place medication and it’s accessories into containers (one for adults and one for children) that way it helps identify what’s what in an emergency and when you can see when you are running out of something✨
Once you have a pile of expired prescribed medication 💊, simply pop down to your local pharmacy or doctors surgery who normally take it to dispose of safely (please call them before you make the journey) ✨
TGCO says - Once these items are contained, keep them in a safe place. It will be one less thing to worry when you or the kids aren’t feeling at their best! ✨
Good Luck! ✨
I love working with different materials. #titanium is one of my favorites, checkout this Honda 600RR under tail exhaust I fabricated with the use of all @vibrant_performance#Ti components. The coloured turn down tip was a unique addition, for the gift.
Swipe for a quick sound clip!
Looking forward to my next chance to play with some.
The bubble of a clear slab is always a treat! Part of my job is “Professional Bubble Watcher” and I couldn’t be happier to do it haha.

I had the pleasure of working on a friend of mines closet today. @senikab was so happy about the end results bc she had been needing help with her closet. We laugh, talk about life, people and sad news earlier today and she can cook her behind off. We organize her closet in sections and color. From skirts, dresses, pants, shirts, blazers. #shanettastylesu#haulaway#purge#winterfashion
Taking a knee for all the dreams that sadly died.. All the ones who didn’t think that they could truly change their life, we were all taught to be workers but I was born to be a boss, I’ll go after what I want, I’m never worried about the cost. 🗣💯

One thing we are doing this year is doing our best to simplify and purge each area of our home one space at a time every weekend. Today, Nate pulled all the towels out that we’ve separately collected over the years a many had holes and all discolored. Now even though all our towels don’t exactly match, and for at least the next five minute 🤪 our bathroom closet feels like HomeGoods 😂😂😂😂 it’s the little things you guys!!! #simplify#purge#thelittlethings#enjoythemoments#oneareaatatime#babysteps#vision2020

Why We're Ditching Christmas in 2020🎄
--> Over the course of 2019 we started down a new journey in a variety of ways regardless of what the majority of society says were "supposed to do or think" . We're in agreement on a few changes moving forward. 1 of those is saying Goodbye to "Christmas". There are ALOT of reasons why & everyone might not agree but one thing we decided was clear over 2019 is you cant live your life th way others tell you to but instead by what feels right for YOU, but..incase you're wondering here's a few of our reasons which include ...... our personal thoughts on what the holiday represents,.... the heavy emphasis on consumerism,.... the mental health issues that are escalated during the "holiday season" and last that I'll include in this post....the amount of *unnecessary* pressure, stress & anxiety stemming from the holiday , which probably doesn't help the previous. --> Instead .....we will be incorporating some new traditions throughout the month . *Seasonal Activities to spend quality time 1st& 2nd week of December(Christmas town, Charity Runs, movie/game night , volunteerig ect...) **3rd week A Bonfire and Dinner with family and friends. ***4th week There is a tradition were keeping which is gift giving, we will probably stick to 1 gift for eachother and encourage the act of giving in various ways to others! **& in the 5th week reflection of the year and preparation (goal setting/ plan) for the new year.
Man, it’s so gooood to be home! While I’ve deeply fallen for traveling there’s something about settling back into the simple rhythm of home that is so restorative. It has me wanting to lighten my load and reflect on what’s really important to me. In the simplest and most obvious sense .. my closests (My wardrobe has grown into four!) Has anyone used @poshmark ? Is that they way to go to sell clothes, bags, and shoes? 👚🧥👖👗👢🎒Purge Party! ———————————————————————
