fun + super easy coding challenge this morning. 🌞 decided to always start and end my day with something fun so that I always have something to look forward to after being broken in like a wild horse by whatever I am learning for the day. 💀 This is a coding challenge put on by SoloLearn. The goal was to be able to give siblings the same even amount of popsicles and if not - eat em all. Used Python (as that’s my 2020 programming focus) & solved this by implementing the modulo operator (%). Which is simply a remainder. Say we have 10 siblings and 20 popsicles. That’s easy - we give each sibling 2 - no big deal. No modulus. But if we have 2 siblings and 5 popsicles we’ve got a remainder of 1 after giving each sibling two - that’s not even ... so we can eat em! ✨😌 WITHOUT REGRET.

A practice code from yesterday.. the classic Rock Paper Scissors gameplay on the terminal 😂 I almost forgot how to loop (while True statement) so kind of freaked out, but in the end I think this recap was really helpful. This is a part of Colt Steele’s Udemy course “The modern python 3 bootcamp”! (Personally think my solution is better but who’s to judge? Love his style of teaching by the way, for anyone thinking of buying his courses)
Oh and I spent 30 minutes pasting that beautiful jungle design masking tape on to my airpods. How cool is that? Definitely was not a waste of my time. 🌿

This is my first post here so I'm gonna take this opportunity to present myself. I am a 16 year old Software Developer from Romania, currently in High School. I am learning Python from the book Head First Python and it's my first language. I'm trying to learn as much as I can, even though I had some though days since 2020 began.
Starting a new week, lately I haven't had much time, but there are very interesting things, competitions, conferences among other things, I will share it with you of course; Lately every weekend, I am learning and improving some knowledge, it is always a challenge and for me it is fun, here I share my #polynomialregression , I am taking a course as part of an award, this is just a bit of what I am seeing , soon I can leave more here, I am resuming my use of jupiter notebook, so maybe in the next post we will see it there.
Thank you for all your support and especially for being part of my day to #day 🙌
How was your start of the week, I would like to know 😊
This weekend was in competition, they were two days full of lots of emotion, teamwork and #programming , I spent it great with my team; For my part I found an ideal space, a #laptop and plug nearby, was more than enough for me; I was seeing the creation and deployment of services, which would be consumed by a mobile application, by my side I had my #infinitegauntle , only for emergencies 😂
One more week to this space, for days I told you, I was in an upcoming #competition , it was two great days, a lot of effort on the part of the whole team, I did not sleep from the concentration, I had to go from one language to another at the time to #develop , quite extensive discussions prior to #coding , coordinate interfaces, a stopwatch in front of us and our computers to the limit; but I'm very happy to tell you that we won the first place; I was not alone in this journey, talent of #codehunterslab was with me, maybe here I should place a photo with the prize, but here I leave this #photo , which was before knowing the result trying to convey my happiness at the time of #programming 😊😃🎉 There are some pictures that I did not upload here, but if you want to see them here you can find them:
Happy day of #love and #friendship 💙!!! One of the first things I learned to build with #python ; They were forms, using turtle, after a long time I went back to review those last little projects, I verified in other places and I was surprised with this heart built with turtle, it is great and it also brings back many memories 🙌. What was your first super project ? 😃
