129 Acres in Southern Maine. Rare find at this cost per acre! Seller will finance! Good recreational land on old quiet gravel 4 wheel drive road perfect for ATVing, hunting, target practice, and many other outdoor activities.
This yurt was built for $65K and I found raw land walking distance to Lake Berryessa for $19K. You don’t always have to build an entire home when options like this are available. This is the best looking yurt I have ever seen. Link in bio
“The only reason [the seller] took the deal is that I was a cash buyer. Without having the ability to invest a self-directed IRA on raw land, I would have never had the opportunity to have this much cash available for the purchase, thus forgoing the possible return.” – Equity Trust client Joshua, an investor from Indiana

These incredible shots of bison were captured in Yellowstone National Park, USA by self-taught wildlife photographer Tom Murphy. He followed the animals so he could tell their "winter stories," and "give a glimpse into the lives of wild creatures and wild land." The first image was taken in -30 degrees Fahrenheit (-34 Celsius) – that's one tough animal and one dedicated photographer. ❄️

Little house update! Two things we have no regrets about 1: our massive covered outdoor living space (it’s almost as big as the house) 2: our last minute decision to add two skylights in the living room - you can never have too many windows. The more progress we make the more anxious we are to move in!

Back to the land after a week with family and friends in the city. It’s amazing how we’ve adapted to the quiet of the countryside after only five months out here. We had a really hard time sleeping in the city with all the noise, traffic and sirens. I kept waking up with a start when a car door would slam, not totally sure where we were. We’re happy to be back and motivated to continue building our future farm.
